H	Haris Anemoudis on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Πολύ σπάνια θα μπω στη διαδικασία να αφήσω μία αξιολόγηση για μία επιχείρηση και το κάνω, όταν πραγματικά αισθανθώ την ανάγκη να μοιραστώ με τους άλλους κάτι που μου 'χει κάνει εντύπωση είτε θετική είτε αρνητική. Στην περίπτωση της συγκεκριμένης επιχείρησης, δε θα μπορούσα να μην καταθέσω και τις δικές μου εντυπώσεις, μιας και η αγορά που έκανα από το κατάστημα ήταν πέραν των προσδοκιών μου.Η ευγενέστατη εκπρόσωπος στο τηλέφωνο με είχε ενημερώσει ότι, άπαξ κ γινόταν εκ μέρους μου μια παραγγελία, θα χρειάζονταν 3 εργάσιμες ημέρες, για να την παραδώσουν στη μεταφορική εταιρεία, κι από εκεί άλλες 3-4 εργάσιμες, ώστε να μου την παραδώσει η μεταφορική στη Θεσσαλονίκη, όπου μένω. Παρόλ' αυτά, όταν πραγματοποίησα την παραγγελία το μεσημέρι της Δευτέρας και το πρωί της Τετάρτης μου χτύπησε το κουδούνι η μεταφορική, για να την παραλάβω από την είσοδό μου, πραγματικά δεν μπορούσα να το πιστέψω! Πέραν της ταχύτητας στην άψογη εξυπηρέτηση, δεν μπορώ να μην αναφερθώ στον ΑΠΟΛΥΤΟ επαγγελματισμό της επιχείρησης, όταν χρειάστηκα κάποια τηλεφωνική καθοδήγηση για τη συναρμολόγηση, όπου με ύψιστη ευγένεια και κατανόηση ο υπάλληλος μου έδωσε λεπτομερείς οδηγίες κ συμβουλές, που φυσικά με βοήθησαν, ώστε να απολαμβάνω αυτήν τη στιγμή το προϊόν που αγόρασα. Εν μέσω ηλεκτρονικού ανταγωνισμού και εν μέσω ασφαλώς κορωνοϊού, οι προσπάθειες που κάνουν οι συντελεστές αυτής της επιχείρησης δε γίνεται να μην αναγνωριστούν και να γνωστοποιηθούν. Το καλό πρέπει να λέγεται. Και εξυπακούεται ότι θα επιλέξω το συγκεκριμένο κατάστημα φυσικά ΞΑΝΑ στην επόμενη αγορά μου. ΕΥΓΕ! Very rarely will I get into the process of leaving a review for a business and I do it when I really feel the need to share with others something that has impressed me either positively or negatively. In the case of this particular business, I could not help but submit my own impressions, since the purchase I made from the store was beyond my expectations. The most noble representative on the phone had informed me that, once I was order, it would take 3 working days to deliver it to the transport company, and from there another 3-4 working days, for the transport company to deliver it to me in Thessaloniki, where I live. However, when I placed the order on Monday afternoon and Wednesday morning, the transport bell rang to pick it up at my entrance, I really could not believe it! In addition to the speed in the impeccable service, I can not fail to refer to the ABSOLUTE professionalism of the company, when I needed some telephone guidance for the assembly, where with the utmost courtesy and understanding the employee gave me detailed instructions and tips, which of course helped me to enjoy currently the product I bought. In the midst of electronic competition and, of course, in the midst of the coronavirus, the efforts made by the operators of this business cannot but go unrecognized and made public. The good must be said. And of course I will choose this store of course AGAIN in my next purchase. WELL DONE!
R	Roula Zoga on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Κανένα αστεράκι!!!!!Θα συμφωνήσω και γω με πολλούς από εδώ μέσα. Είναι απατεώνες. Έκανα παραγγελία ένα τραπέζι βεράντας και στις 17/04 έστειλα το αποδεικτικό εξόφλησης. Μου το στείλανε και λείπαν δύο μικρά κομμάτια. Σήμερα είναι 13/05 και ακόμη δεν έχω βγάλει άκρη. Έχω χάσει το μέτρημα πόσα τηλέφωνα τους έχω κάνει..λένε συνέχεια δικαιολογίες και είναι αγενής. Το επόμενό μου βήμα είναι η καταγγελία. No stars !!!!! I will agree and go with many from here. They are swindlers. I ordered a terrace table and on 17/04 I sent the receipt. They sent it to me and two small pieces were missing. Today is 13/05 and I still have not made an end. I have lost count of how many calls I have made to them..they keep making excuses and she is rude. My next step is to complain.
C	Christina Farao on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Απαράδεκτη εξυπηρέτηση και αγενέσταστη αντιμετώπιση απο την υπεύθυνη του καταστήματος. Δεν παρέδωσαν την παραγγελία στην προκαθορισμένη ημερομηνία 2 φορές μάλιστα, χρέωναν το "στήσιμο" στη μεταφορική τους και όταν τελικά παρέδωσαν, το 1 προϊόν ήταν λάθος. Έριξαν το φταίξιμο στην αποθήκη στην Κίνα (ναι εντάξει δώστε μου τον Κινέζο να τον μαλώσω...) και δεν ζήτησαν ποτέ συγγνώμη για την ταλαιπωρία και την κοροϊδία. Με λίγα λόγια και με πολύ ύφος, η υπεύθυνη στην ουσία μας είπε...κάτσε πελατάκο και περίμενε πότε και αν θα παραλάβεις σωστά την παραγγελία σου. Unacceptable service and rude treatment by the store manager. They did not deliver the order on the predetermined date 2 times, in fact, they charged the "setting up" in their shipping and when they finally delivered, 1 product was wrong. They blamed the warehouse in China (yes, okay, let the Chinese fight me ...) and never apologized for the inconvenience and mockery. In a few words and with a lot of style, the person in charge basically told us ... sit down, client, and wait when and if you will receive your order correctly.

Κατόπιν αρκετών τηλεφωνημάτων πριν σταλθεί ακόμα η παραγγελία μου διευκρίνισα ότι θα έρθει σπίτι μου και ότι δεν θα το παραλάβω εγώ από την μεταφορική. Μου απάντησαν ναι σπίτι. Όταν πια έφτασε η παραγγελία μου στον τόπο μου και επικοινώνησα με το κατάστημα μου είπαν ότι θα πρέπει να το παραλάβω εγώ από την μεταφορική. Η κοπέλα που σήκωσε το τηλέφωνο αγενέστατη και προσβλητική. Μου είπε ότι εγώ δεν κατάλαβα καλά και ότι όταν έκανα την παραγγελία μου έγραφε ξεκάθαρα ότι θα το παραλάβω εγώ από την μεταφορική κάτι το οποίο δεν ισχύει διότι έγραφε ότι θα σταλθεί με μεταφορική και από εκεί και πέρα, όπως μου είχαν πει και στα πρώτα μου τηλεφωνήματα, θα συνεννοηθώ με την μεταφορική που να μου το φέρει. Κάτι το οποίο δεν ισχύει γιατί έχει επιπλέον χρέωση για να μου το φέρουν σπίτι μου. Άρα 27 ευρώ (μόνο για να έρθει στον τόπο μου) + επιπλέον χρήματα για να έρθει και σπίτι μου. Η κοπέλα μου είπε ότι είναι δικό μου πρόβλημα που δεν το κατάλαβα, ότι αποκλείεται να μου είπαν τέτοιο πράγμα στο τηλέφωνο και ότι δεν με ανάγκασε κανείς να παραγγείλω από αυτούς οπότε να κάνω ότι θέλω. Μου είπαν αν θέλω μπορώ να το επιστρέψω αλλά θα χρεωθώ εγώ τα μεταφορικά της επιστροφής και ότι δεν γίνεται κάθε φορά που μένει κάποιος δυσαρεστημένος να πρέπει να χρεωθούμε εμείς κάποιο επιπλέον ποσό. Κάτι το οποίο όπως βλέπω και από τις κριτικές είναι τόσοι πολλοί δυσαρεστημένοι που όντως δεν γίνεται να χρεώνονται κάθε φορά. Ωστόσο, δικό μου λάθος που δεν έψαξα τι είδους εταιρεία είναι αυτή πριν κάνω την παραγγελία μου. ΜΗΝ ΠΑΡΑΓΓΕΙΛΕΤΕ ΑΠΟ ΑΥΤΟΥΣ!!!! Αντιεπαγγελματισμός και αγένεια είναι αυτά ακριβώς που τους χαρακτηρίζουν. AROUND HOME - I placed an order and paid 27 euros shipping. After several phone calls before my order was sent, I clarified that it would come to my house and that I would not pick it up from the transport company. They answered yes yes home. When my order arrived at my place and I contacted the store, they told me that I should pick it up from the transport company. The girl who picked up the phone was rude and insulting. He told me that I did not understand well and that when I placed my order he clearly wrote that I would receive it from the shipping company which is not valid because he wrote that it will be sent by shipping from there and beyond, as I was told in my first phone calls, I will consult with the transport company to bring it to me. Something that does not apply because it has an extra charge to bring it to my house. So 27 euros (only to come to my place) + extra money to come to my house. My girlfriend told me that it's my problem that I did not understand, that it is impossible that they told me such a thing on the phone and that no one forced me to order from them so I can do whatever I want. I was told if I want I can return it but I will be charged for the return shipping and that it is not possible that every time someone is dissatisfied we have to be charged an extra amount. Something which, as I see from the reviews, is so unhappy that it is not possible to be charged every time. However, it's my mistake that I did not look for what kind of company it is before I place my order. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM !!!! Unprofessionalism and rudeness are exactly what characterize them.

Μου εστειλαν αλλη βαση και την πληρωσα φυσικα αλλα δυστηχως εσπασε και η βαση που μου εστειλαν μετα απο 2 μερες. Ζητησα εξηγησεις αφου τους εστειλα φωτογραφιες της βασης και με κατηγορησαν οτι η ζημια φενεται να εγινε απο εξωγενη παραγοντα και οτι δεν φταιει η ποιοτητα της βασης. Αργοτερα παραδεχτηκαν οτι η συγκεκριμενη καρεκλα εχει σταματησει να εισαγεται και μου εστειλαν βαση απο αντιστοιχο κωδικο. Επομενως, μου εστειλαν βαση απο αλλη καρεκλα και εριχναν το φταιξιμο σε εμενα...! Κακη ποιοτητα καρεκλας και απαραδεκτη σταση απο εξυπηρετηση πελατων...Δεν το προτεινω σε καμια περιπτωση! I ordered a chair from Aroundhome.gr and the base of the chair broke after 2 years. They sent me another base and of course I paid for it unfortunately the base they sent me after 2 days broke. I asked for explanations after I sent them photos of the base and they accused me of damaging to be done by an exogenous factor and that the quality of the base is not to blame. They later admitted that this chair has stopped to be entered and they sent me a base from a corresponding code. Therefore, they sent me a base from another chair and blamed me ...! Poor chair quality and unacceptable attitude from customer service ... I do not recommend it in any case!

C	Caroline White on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Around Home - DO NOT RECOMMEND - WATCH OUT FOR HIDDEN TRANSPORTATION COSTS!!! Should be renamed to 'delivery around shipping address'. I bought an office chair from this company early April 2020. It was purchased online, at the end of the process I received a confirmation email with my home address as the delivery point. You can imagine my surprise when the transport company called me to tell me that I had in fact paid for transportation up to their offices only. This meant I had two options either drive 40 minutes and pick it up myself or pay an extra 5 euros to get it delivered to my home. You know something is wrong when the courier called me to say that they had tricked me. I wonder if the whole amount of the transportation costs are real, or they are used to inflate their profit margins?

Was told I cannot expect to wear jeans on such chairs, that I am in the wrong and they do not need my money apparently! :) terrible attitude and customer service not to mention taking ages to deliver everything
