p	pogolas on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Είχα ξαναγράψει κριτική, για το κατάστημα, αλλά φαίνεται να διέγραψαν τον επαγγελματικό λογαριασμό τους και να δημιούργησαν καινούργιο. Λοιπόν, είχα αγοράσει διπλό κρεβάτι με κεφαλάρι από δερματίνη πριν κάποια χρόνια. Η δερματίνη άρχισε σχετικά γρήγορα, να παρουσιάζει φθορά. Επικοινώνησα πριν δύο χρόνια και τους ανέφερα το πρόβλημα. "Επικοινήστε μαζί μας μετά την καραντίνα", ήταν η απάντηση τους. Όταν ξαναεπικοινώνησα, μου δήλωσαν (ευγενικά). ότι είχαν ελαττωματική παρτίδα δερματίνης. Αλλά, δεν θα κάλυπταν την ζημιά. Προφανώς θεωρούν, ότι η αστοχία του προμηθευτή, είναι ευθύνη του πελάτη (ή κανενός;). Βέβαια, είπαν ότι θα χρεώσουν μόνο τα υλικά (όχι εργασία), αλλά εξακολουθώ να πιστεύω, ότι ήταν υποχρέωση τους, να κάνουν την αντικατάσταση δωρεάν. Στην προηγούμενη κριτική μου, αυτή που έχει διαγραφεί, είχαν απαντήσει, "δεν καταλάβατε καλά, επικοινωνήστε για να σας εξυπηρετήσουμε". Εννοείται, ότι δεν το έκανα. Στην αντιεπαγγελματική πρακτική, προστέθηκε και η πονηριά. Παραθέτω φωτογραφίες, με την κατάσταση, στην οποία βρίσκεται το κρεβάτι σήμερα. I had rewritten the review for the store, but they seem to have deleted their business account and created a new one. Well, I bought a double bed with a leather headboard a few years ago. The leatherette started to wear relatively quickly. I contacted them two years ago and told them about the problem. "Contact us after quarantine," was their response. When I contacted again, they told me (politely). that they had a defective batch of leatherette. But, they would not cover the damage. They obviously assume that the supplier's failure is the responsibility of the customer (or no one?). Of course, they said they would only charge for the materials (not labor), but I still believe it was their duty to do the replacement for free. In my previous review, the one that has been deleted, they had replied, "you did not understand well, contact us to serve you". Of course, I did not. In unprofessional practice, cunning was added. I quote photos, with the condition, in which the bed is today. Edit: finally there is both the original account and my review. I was wrong to delete it.
