A	Anna Kalliri on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Αγορασαμε πριν απο δυο χρονια στο καταστημα Μενιδιου πλακακια ειδη μπανιου και wc για ενα διαμερισμα. Ηταν μεγαλη παραγγελια. Πριν απο ενα μηνα διαπιστωσα στο νιπτηρα του μπανιου τη δημιουργια λεπτων καφετι γραμμων που συνεχως αυξανονται,χωρις να εχω κανει κατι που να τις εχει προκαλεσει. Πηγα στο καταστημα και εδειξα τις φωτογραφιες. Φυσικα και δεν δεχθηκε ο αρμοδιος το προβλημα κι οταν του ειπα οτι ετσι εσεις αντιμετωπιζετε τους πελατες σας μου εδωσε εναν αριθμο κινητου να στειλω τις φωτογραφιες στο viber και θα μου τηλεφωνουσε καποια κυρια απο Δευτερα . Εχουν περασει 15 ημερες και φυσικα δεν τηλεφωνησε η κυρια. Συμπερασμα: Δεν ειναι αξιοι εμπιστοσυνης. Δεν αναλαμβανουν ευθυνη για προβληματικα προιοντα τους. We bought two years ago in the Menidiou store bathroom and wc tiles for an apartment. It was a large order. A month ago I noticed in the bathroom sink the creation of thin brown lines that are constantly increasing, without having done anything that has caused them. I went to the store and showed the photos. Of course, the person in charge did not accept the problem and when I told him that this is how you treat your customers, he gave me a mobile number to send the photos to viber and some lady would call me from Monday. 15 days have passed and of course the lady did not call. Conclusion: They are not trustworthy. They do not take responsibility for their problematic products.
K	Kostas Kostakis on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Μου πρότειναν ως καλό μάστορα έναν τύπο (ονόματι ΔΙΑΚΑΚΗΣ και η εταιρεία του ΟΙΚΟΤΕΧΝΙΚΗ)που αποδείχτηκε απατεώνας, με αποτέλεσμα να πληρώσω πολλά λεφτά και να περάσω μεγάλη στενοχώρια για να μην γίνει τελικά η δουλειά που ήθελα. Πέρα από το ότι με άκουσε η υπεύθυνη του καταστήματος,όταν πήρα τηλέφωνο και διαμαρτυρήθηκα έντονα για την ανευθυνότητα του μάστορα που ΑΥΤΟΙ μου πρότειναν ,δεν με ενημέρωσαν ποτέ για το τι έκαναν με αυτόν τον τύπο και έκτοτε με αγνόησαν εντελώς. Ντροπή για μια τόσο γνωστή εταιρεία να συμπεριφέρεται έτσι σε κάποιον που είναι και πελάτης τους.Θα το έχω υπόψη μου την επόμενη φορά που εγώ ή κάποιος γνωστός μου θα χρειαστεί τις υπηρεσίες του συγκεκριμένου καταστήματος. They suggested to me as a good carpenter a guy (named DIAKAKIS and his company OIKOTECHNIKI) who turned out to be a scammer, as a result of which I paid a lot of money and had a lot of trouble not to get the job I wanted. Apart from the fact that the manager of the store heard me, when I got on the phone and complained strongly about the irresponsibility of the carpenter that THEY suggested to me, they never informed me about what they were doing with this guy and since then they have completely ignored me. Shame on such a well-known company for treating someone who is also their customer. I will keep this in mind the next time I or someone I know will need the services of this particular store.
M	Marula Polykandrioti on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ήμουν παρούσα στο περιστατικό. Υπήρχε πελάτης μέσα στο μαγαζί ο οποίος ενοχλήθηκε που θέλατε να μπείτε χωρίς μάσκα. Όλοι οι πολίτες οφείλουμε να τηρούμε τα μέτρα ανεξαρτήτως εάν μας ενοχλούν αυτά ή όχι. Οι υπάλληλοι φορούσαν τις μάσκες τους όπως πάντα και γι'αυτό σε δύο ελέγχους που πραγματοποιήθηκαν στο παρελθόν δέχθηκαν συγχαρητήρια.Μακάρι να τελειώσει όλο αυτό γρήγορα ώστε οι συναλλαγές να είναι ευχάριστες όπως παλιά. I was present at the incident. There was a customer inside the store who was annoyed that you wanted to enter without a mask. All citizens must abide by the measures, regardless of whether they bother us or not. The employees wore their masks as always and for this reason in two previous checks they were congratulated. May it all end quickly so that the transactions are as pleasant as before.
Δ	Δημοσθενης Στεργιου on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 5 άτομα του καταστήματος στη μέση της εισόδου χωρίς μάσκα όλοι τους. Μας έβαλε χέρι ο ένας επειδη πήγαμε να μπουμε χωρίς μάσκα. Θεωρεισαμε ότι επιτρέπεται λόγο του ότι δεν φορούσαν ούτε οι ίδιοι. Ενδεχομένως θα απαντήσουν στην κριτική μου και θα λένε για τα μέτρα προστασίας και το γνωστό ποιηματάκι.. Έχασαν παραγγελία 200τ,μ μιας και στην τιμή ήταν οκ αλλά δεν δέχομαι αυτό το ύφος από την στιγμή που κανένας τους δεν φορούσε μάσκα 5 people in the store in the middle of the entrance without a mask all of them. One of us shook hands because we went in without a mask. We considered it permissible because they did not wear it themselves. Possibly they will respond to my criticism and say about the protection measures and the well-known little poem .. They lost an order of 200t, since the price was ok but I do not accept this style since none of them wore a mask
