Δεν μπορώ να πω άμεση εξυπηρέτηση και ήρθαν την ίδια μέρα για την επισκευή ΑΛΛΑ κόστος 75 ευρώ χωρίς ΦΠΑ (έχεις επιλογή να μην σου δώσουν απόδειξη και αναγκαστικά για να μην επιβαρυνθώ άλλα 20 ευρώ δεν πήρα απόδειξη).Ενώ μου είχαν πει 25 ευρώ χωρίς ΦΠΑ ελάχιστο για την επισκεψη και τον έλεγχο!Πως γίνεται να ζήτησε επιπλέον 50 ευρώ για την αλλαγή (χρόνος 15 λεπτά) και τον θερμοστάτη!!!ΑΔΙΑΝΟΗΤΟ...ΔΕΝ ΤΟ ΣΥΝΙΣΤΩ από άποψη κόστους!!! Change the thermostat of the electric water heater. Ακόμα και μέσα στις γιορτές που τους χρειάστηκα, ήταν εκεί να με εξυπηρετήσουν με το χαμόγελο. Μου χάλασε Χριστουγεννιάτικα η κεραία και είχα μεγάλο θέμα γιατί ξέρετε πως κάνουν τα πιτσιρίκια χωρίς τα παιδικά τους μιας και που δεν έχουν σχολείο. Η ανταπόκρισή τους ήταν άμεση και παρόλο που ήταν τέτοιες μέρες, ήταν εξαιρετικοί και στο τηλεφωνικό κέντρο και το παιδί που ήρθε και μας την έφτιαξε. Αυτό που τους χαρακτηρίζει είναι η αμεσότητα, η αξιοπιστία και πάνω από όλα η αποτελεσματικότητα και η υπευθυνότητα. Πλήρως ευχαριστημένος. Πολύ καλός χρόνος γιατί με άλλες εταιρείες περιμέναμε από 6 ώρες το νωρίτερο έως και μέρες, μέχρι που ξεχνούσε να ρθει ο ηλεκτρολόγος και φτιάχναμε μόνοι μας τη βλάβη. Αλλαγή φις και λάμπας, τιμές καλές για το service. I called electricalians from the 24gr and I had an immediate response from the call center. Urban charge and came within 2 hours. Ήρθε ο ψυκτικός για να δει το ψυγείο μας, τον ρωτήσαμε αν φτιάχνεται και αν αξίζει να φτιαχτεί, μη ξαναχαλάσει σε 1 χρόνο και μας διαβεβαίωσε πως θα το φτιάξει και δε θα έχει πρόβλημα. Το "έφτιαξε" και μετά από 1.5 εβδομάδα το ψυγείο παρουσίασε το ίδιο πρόβλημα και όταν ήρθαμε σε επικοινωνία και πάλι μαζί του μας είπε πως έκανε ότι μπορούσε και πως δεν έπαιρνε άλλο φτιάξιμο και πως θα κάνει το ίδιο ό,τι και να κάνουμε και είτε να το κρατήσουμε όσο μπορούμε έτσι ή να πάρουμε ένα άλλο. Περιμένουμε εδώ και 5 ημέρες να μας καλέσουν απ' το τμήμα παραπόνων όπως είπαν... The same service also offers refrigerants. Ήταν πρόθυμοι να έρθουν, ρώτησα πόσο κοστίζει η επίσκεψη; και μου είπαν 50 ευρώ λόγω του ότι θα ερχόντουσαν τέτοια ώρα. Θεώρησα μεγάλο το ποσό για την τσέπη μου, και έκλείσα ραντεβού την επόμενη μέρα 12 με 1. Επειδή εργάζομαι άφησα την μητέρα μου 70 χρονών, να βρίσκεται στο χώρο. Μίλησα με τον ηλεκτρολόγο, όταν ηταν εκεί και μου είπε ότι κάηκε η ασφάλεια στον πίνακα και κλείσαμε το τηλέφωνο. Αφού την αντικατέστησε ζήτησε απ την μητέρα μου για μία αλλαγή ασφάλειας στον πίνακα 65 ευρώ χωρίς φπα, οπότε και χωρίς απόδειξη. Πρέπει να ενημερωθούν για τις τιμές τους όσοι τους προτιμούν. Δεν πρόκειται να τους ξαναπροτιμήσω ποτέ. Δουλεύουν hit and run, θα δείτε πολλά διαφορετικά προφίλ τους στην αναζήτηση. Αρχικά, με ενημέρωσαν για κόστος 45 ευρώ και αρνήθηκα, καθώς θεώρησα την εργασία υπερβολικά ακριβή. Με κάλεσαν μετά από λίγα λεπτά και με ενημέρωσαν πως έγινε λάθος και πως το κόστος θα κυμανθεί από 25 έως 35 ευρώ τελικά. Επόμενο ήταν να ρωτήσω τι θα διαφοροποιήσει την τιμή από 25 έως 35 ευρώ και μου απάντησαν πως το κόστος θα εξαρτηθεί από τη δυσκολία της εργασίας. Τελικά, δέχτηκα και ήρθε ο τεχνικός. Έκοψε 2 σωλήνες Φ100 σε κατάλληλο μήκος και τις ένωσε με μια συστολή και μια γωνία (καμία επιπλέον εργασία), με την εργασία του να διαρκεί συνολικά 15 λεπτά μόνο. Όταν ήρθε η ώρα να τον πληρώσουμε μας είπε πως το κόστος είναι 35 ευρώ. Τον ρώτησα το λόγο της κοστολόγησης, καθώς είχαμε εύρος τιμής 25-35 ευρώ και μου απάντησε πως κοστίζει 35 ευρώ χωρίς να μου το αιτιολογήσει, συμπληρώνοντας πως υπάρχει και επιβάρυνση του ΦΠΑ, την οποία δεν είχα ενημερωθεί από το τηλεφωνικό κέντρο. Πρώτον, θεωρώ πως υπήρξε λανθασμένη έως και παραπλανητική ενημέρωση από το τηλεφωνικό κέντρο και δεύτερον, η κοστολόγηση από τον τεχνικό ήταν υπερβολική για εργασία μόλις 15 λεπτών με όλα τα υλικά έτοιμα από μεριάς μου.
