Their technician Mr Timotheos Lolis was a rare professional: he came on-time, was very conscientious and did a thorough work, explained everything to us, he not only repaired our appliance but also did a very neat job. Also very careful; he refused to have a coffee so as not to remove his mask. We highly recommend both him and the company!

In December the scooter had electrical problems with its battery and also a loosen footbreak I take it to the service here in Athens at Manolopoulos Services They called me after sometime and they tell me they will replace it with new one After 1 day of use i saw that the suppose new one also the footbreak have probelm After 1 week of use i saw it have also some minor battery problems but i wouldn't mind, i let it go, after 2 months it make me the same problems like the one they suppose to replace it, the thing is when i go to the same service Manolopoulos they told me that my guarantee is expired because it fall down and broken a circuit of the battery and also the footbreak ( yes this one we suppose to press with our foot for hit the breaks ) so they ask me money for fix these problems, i am sorry i find this unacceptable and if this is the kind of Service of Segway in Greece i will stay away from Segway products in the future
