Τροποι μηδεν ,ευτυχως που δεν μας ζητησαν να τους κατσουμε κιολας,νομιζεις οτι τους εισαι βαρος,οταν τους κανεις κ καμια ερώτηση εκει τους σκοτωσες ,ασε θα παω αλλου!! Η χειρότερη εξυπηρέτηση!! Μπαινεις κ νομιζεις οτι ολοι εκει καποιον φοβουνται κ εκτος αυτου βαριουνται να σε εξυπηρετησουν!!
Behavior unacceptable
Zero mods, thankfully we weren't asked to kick them, you think you're a burden, when you ask them any questions there kill them, let me go elsewhere !! Worst service !! You come in and think that everyone out there is scared and bored of serving you !!

Ενα ευχαριστώ θα πω στο Κύριο Μιχάλη Πρεκα που οταν ξεκινησα ψυκτικος το 2000 και ημουν άσχετος στο αντικείμενο με βοήθησε να παρω τα σωστά εργαλεία τα οποία ψώνισα απο εκει και έδωσε τις σωστές συμβουλές σα να είναι πατερας μου και δεν έπεσε έξω ποτε και ακόμη και σήμερα στο τηλέφωνο όταν χρειάζομαι κάτι ο κύριος Μιχάλης εχει ακριβως τον ίδιο χαρακτήρα και εξυπηρετικος οπως και ολα τα παιδια ειναι εξυπηρετικοί παρολο το φόρτο εργασίας που καλούνται ειδικά τη θερινή περιοδο. Χωρίς κάποιο όφελος μου απο την εταιρία ΕΨΕΜ θα πω συγχαρητήρια σε όλους σας!! Υγεία και καλές δουλειές!!!
They have everything and at the best prices I have rarely found them, how expensive !!
A thank you to Mr. Michalis Prekas who when I started refrigeration in 2000 and I was irrelevant to the subject helped me get the right tools which I bought from there and gave the right advice as if he were my father and never fell out even today on the phone when I need something Mr. Michalis has exactly the same character and helpful as all children are helpful despite the workload they are called especially during the summer. Without any benefit from the company EDEM I will say congratulations to all of you !! Health and good jobs !!!
