About Mondelez
Under its charter, the Finance Committee is responsible for reviewing and making recommendations to the Board on significant financial matters, including:
- at least annually, the Company’s long-term capital structure, including financing plans, projected financial structure, funding requirements, target credit ratings and return on invested capital;
- authorization of issuances, sales or repurchases of equity and debt securities;

- Board authorization and delegation levels with respect to financing matters.
The Finance Committee also reviews and discusses with management:
- results of transactions such as acquisitions, divestitures, joint ventures, investments, asset sales and purchase commitments for services in excess of $100 million; and
- the cash-flow impact of non-debt obligations, including funding pension and other post-retirement benefit plans.

Αγοράζω Merenda απο οσο με θυμαμαι , που η συσκευασία ηταν ακομα η σκουρα καφε συσκευασία. Εχω δοκιμάσει και αλλες μαρκες,εδω ομως κολλαγα!!!!
Παρατήρησα το τελευταίο διαστημα και ειδικα απο την εορταστικη συσκευασία με το χρυσο χαρτι και καπακι ,αλλα και τωρα που επανηλθε στο λευκο καπακι, οτι η συσταση της ειναι πιο σφιχτή!!!! Με χαλαει πολυ....παλια ηταν ελαφρως πιο ρευστη και αρκετες φορες εβρισκα οταν την ανοιγα το λαδακι φουντουκιου οπου την ανακατευα και γινοταν οπως θα έπρεπε να ειναι.
Τωρα ειναι στόκος!!!!
ΠΡΟΣΟΧΗ μην την χαλασετε και αυτη οπως και την Kiss!!! Που η Kiss δεν θυμιζει σε τιποτα με την παλια. Τωρα ειναι πολυ λαστιχοτή και με κινδυνο στην καταπωση.

Buy Merenda than to remember that the package was still a dark brown packaging. I have tried other brands, however collagens here !!!!
I noticed lately and specialists from the festive packaging with gold paper and cap, but also now reverted to the white cap, that the recommendations are tighter !!!! By Hala .... very old was slightly more fluid and several times found when you open the ladaki HAZELNUT where the mixed and carried out as they should be.
Now is putty !!!!
CAUTION do not spoil and like this and Kiss !!! The Kiss nowhere near the old. Now it is very lastichoti and danger in swallowing.

It is difficult to approach the company, the yard is small to accommodate three cars, people are kind, loading is fast. The factory is in the city center !!
