★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am a small business owner and user of an Epsilon Net software. I paid the software in advance for one year. The invoices the software provided me an ambiguity in the calculation of value and taxes that I immediately mentioned in the support. However, I had already provided to my customers some invoices according to the Epsilon Net agency included this issue. The Epsilon Net support answered my request after 20 days and gave me a solution almost 2 and half months later.
Of course, I couldn't wait that long to get paid from my clients and I started working with another software that run much smoother without any problem.
As a result, I asked from Epsilon Net to discontinue my subscription and refund me for all the time that I wasted looking for answers and because I didn't use their software more than 7 times. The software didn't deliver.
They refuse the refund with the excuse that the problem is now solved and because the refund time is 14 days (where the support needs 20 days to answer).
So, you took my money, you offered me a software that works so and so, and you demand to be patient to solve the bugs of your software. In the meantime, I can't provide any invoices to my clients and as a result can't be paid for my work.

My call was answered within less than a minute and Dimitris solved the problem very quickly. When you are running a company you don't want to waste time waiting on the phone for too long to get answers to your questions. Well done Epsilon Support!
