Ένα χρόνο και κάτι μετά την εγκατάσταση του retail και του λογιστικού και ακόμη δεν έχουν λυθεί πολύ βασικά προβλήματα στο περιβάλλον του pos. Πολύ κακή εμπειρία που δυστυχώς κοστίζει και αρκετά χρήματα Unacceptable !!!! Very poor support for software issues due to scheduling. A year and a half after the installation of retail and accounting and still not very basic problems have been solved in the environment of pos. Δεν υπάρχει κανένας να απαντήσει ή να εξυπηρετήσει αλλά ακόμα και αν εμφανιστεί, αναφέρει ότι θα καλέσει σε λίγο και εξαφανίζεται. Unacceptable !! P	Pronaon Real Estate on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ανημέρωτο και άσχετο προσωπικό πωλήσεων, το οποίο ποτέ δεν βλέπει τις αλληλογραφίες και όταν επικοινωνούμε, είναι παντελώς άσχετοι με το προϊόν που πουλάνε. 20 λεπτά με την κ. Φουλίδου (Θεσσαλονίκη) στο τηλέφωνο (μετά από πολλές προσπάθειες) για να αποκτήσουμε την συνδρομή του λογισμικού τους. Και ακόμα δεν την λάβαμε, κάνουμε μαραθώνιο για να βρούμε κάποιον εκπρόσωπο τους που να γνωρίζει από λογισμικά και να απαντάει στις αλληλογραφίες, χωρίς το πρόσχημα για δεύτερη φορά πως είχε φορτωμένο πρόγραμμα και δεν προλάβαινε όπως συμβαίνει τώρα. Την πρώτη φορά δείξαμε κατανόηση, την δεύτερη δεν έχουμε ούτε την διάθεση, αλλά ούτε και τον χρόνο. --- Να επιλέγετε κατάλληλο προσωπικό, όχι το ποιό οικονομικό. Και αν κάνετε το δεύτερο, φροντίστε να το ενημερώνετε - εκπαιδεύετε σωστά. Με τον κύριο Γ.Ι που μίλησα ήταν πρόθυμος να μου λύσει κάθε απορία και στον γιό μου επίσης ώστε να μπορέσουμε να αποφασίσουμε χωρίς αμφιβολίες. Ευχαριστούμε πολύ για τον επαγγελματισμό και την ευγένεια! I am very happy with the communication I had with this center because as a parent I want the best for my child.
