Equalibre | Pilates – Gyrotonic and Yoga Studio | Άλιμος Αθήνα – Λειτουργώντας στον Άλιμο από το 2007, το studio Equalibre ακολουθεί πιστά την κλασσική μέθοδο Pilates. Διαθέτοντας όλον τον απαραίτητο εξοπλισμό (mat , tower , reformer, high & wunda chair), έχει δημιουργήσει μια σειρά προγραμμάτων (ατομικά ,διπλά, τριπλά και ομαδικά έως 5 ατόμων), προκειμένου να καλύψει κάθε ανάγκη.
Λειτουργώντας στον Άλιμο από το 2007, το studio Equalibre ακολουθεί πιστά την κλασσική μέθοδο Pilates. Διαθέτοντας όλον τον απαραίτητο εξοπλισμό (mat, tower, reformer, Cadillac, high & wunda chair), έχει δημιουργήσει μια σειρά προγραμμάτων (ατομικά, διπλά, τριπλά και ομαδικά 5 έως 8 ατόμων), προκειμένου να καλύψει κάθε ανάγκη.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Έχω πολλά μυοσκελετικά προβλήματα. Με προσέχουν πάρα πάρα πολύ και νιώθω ευγνωμοσύνη που η Άννα βελτίωσε την ποιότητα της καθημερινότητάς μου. Βλέπω θετικες αλλαγές στο σώμα μου, στην αντοχή και στην ευλυγισία. Ευχαριστώ και ευχαριστώ μέχρι τον ουρανό!! Εύγε για την ποιότητα της δουλειάς!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Σύγχρονο στούντιο, πεντακάθαρο με εξαιρετικό προσωπικό! Άψογη η κυρία Διονυσία στη γραμματεία και η Κατερίνα και η Δέσποινα είναι πολύ καλές γυμνάστριες με πολλή υπομονή. Ολιγομελή τμήματα και ευελιξία για το πρόγραμμα μαθημάτων, το οποίο εκτιμώ ιδιαιτέρως. Είμαι πολύ ικανοποιημένη καθότι μέσα σε λίγο καιρό έχω δει αποτελέσματα στην αντοχή και στην ευλυγισία μου και τους ευχαριστώ πολύ γι’ αυτό!
Modern studio, spotless with great staff! Mrs. Dionysia is impeccable in the secretariat and Katerina and Despina are very good gymnasts with a lot of patience. Small sections and flexibility for the curriculum, which I really appreciate. I am very satisfied because in a short time I have seen results in my endurance and flexibility and I thank them very much for that!

Try everything from Pilates to aerial yoga and Gyrotonic. You will not regret it.
Totally worth my time and fairly priced.
I highly recommend it.
