★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Παραγγειλα ενα γουοκ,μου ειπαν οτι θα εχουν παραλαβη σε 20 μερες και αν θελω μπορουν να μου βαλουν τα λεφτα πισω.
Δεν το βιαζομουν οποτε περιμενα.
Τελικα ηρθε μετα απο σχεδον 2 μηνες,πηγα απο το καταστημα για να το παρω και πανω στην βιασυνη δεν ειδα οτι ηταν αλλο.
Οταν ηρθα σπιτι το ειδα,εκτος οτι ηταν αλλο,ηταν και πιο φτηνο
(για μικροποσα ολα αυτα αλλα και παλι....,20 ευρω το γουοκ και 4 ευρω πιο φτηνο το λαθος που μου βαλανε,αλλα απότι διαβαζω το εχουν κατα καποιο τροπο τακτικη και σε αλλους πελατες!!!)
Τελοσπαντων το αρχικο γουοκ δεν το βρηκαν ποτε και μου ειπαν θα μου βαλουν πισω την διαφορα,ακομη τα βαζουν.....οχι οτι καιγομαι για τα 4 ευρω αλλα να το βλεπουν πιθανοι πελατες οτι μπορει να γινει και σε μεγαλυτερα ποσα.Εγω δυστηχως δεν διαβασα τα σχολια πριν παραγγειλω!
 I ordered a wok, they told me that they will receive it in 20 days and if I want they can put my money back.
I was not in a hurry whenever I expected.
Finally it came after almost 2 months, I went from the store to get it and on the hurry I did not see that it was any other.
When I came home I saw it, except that it was different, it was cheaper
(for small amounts of all this and again ...., 20 euros per walk and 4 euros cheaper the mistake they made me, but from what I read they have it in a way regular to other customers !!!
After all, they never found the original walk and they told me they would put the difference back on me, they still put it ..... not that I burn for 4 euros but that potential customers can see that it can be done in larger amounts. I unfortunately I did not read the comments before ordering!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Απαράδεκτοι. Η παραγγελία έγινε στις 27-3-21 τηλεφώνησα για το αν υπάρχουν όλα τα προιόντα ώστε να κάνω κατάθεση στον λογαριασμό τους. Μου είπαν ότι υπάρχουν, έγινε η κατάθεση και μετά ειδοποίησαν ότι υπάρχει κάποια έλλειψη. Πρότειναν να γίνει αντικατάσταση με ένα προιόν που δεν μου άρεσε και όχι ίσης αξίας, αρνήθηκα και συμφωνήσαμε να περιμένω 15 μέρες μέχρι να παραλάβουν το νέο προιόν. Στο 15νθήμερο ξανατηλεφώνησαν ότι θα πρέπει να περιμένω άλλες 15 μέρες γιατί δεν είχε έρθει απάντησα και πάλι ότι θα περιμένω. Όταν έστειλαν τελικά την παραγγελία, τα αντικείμενα ''κολυμπούσαν'' μέσα στο κουτί γιατί ήταν μεγαλύτερο και τα προιόντα είχαν βγει από τις συσκευασίες τους. Το ένα μάλιστα ήταν ελαττωματικό. Το έστειλα πίσω για αντικατάσταση, προθυμοποιήθηκαν ευτυχώς να μου στείλουν κάποιο άλλο. Τελικά παρέλαβα με μεγάλη καθυστέρηση στις 5-5-21. Τόση ταλαιπωρία δεν άξιζε. Blacklist και ποτέ ξανά.
Unacceptable. The order was made on 27-3-21, I called to see if there are all the products so that I can make a deposit in their account. I was told that they exist, the deposit was made and then they informed me that there is a shortage. They suggested replacing it with a product that I did not like and not of equal value, I refused and we agreed to wait 15 days until they receive the new product. At 15 o'clock they called again that I would have to wait another 15 days because he had not come, I answered again that I would wait. When they finally sent the order, the items "swam" inside the box because it was bigger and the products had come out of their packaging. One was even defective. I sent it back for replacement, they were happily willing to send me another one. Finally I received it with a long delay at 5-5-21. It was not worth so much trouble. Blacklist and never again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Παραγγελία και πληρωμή με κάρτα στις 20 Ιουλίου για παραλαβή από το κατάστημα, για προϊόν με διαθεσιμότητα "1-3 ημέρες".
Ξεκάθαρο ψέμα, το προϊόν ήταν στην πραγματικότητα διαθέσιμο 2 εβδομάδες μετά... (2 Αυγούστου).
Στις 5 Αυγούστου, ζητάω επιστροφή χρημάτων. 2 μήνες μετά, ακόμα περιμένω την επιστροφή.
Ό,τι βλέπετε σε άλλα σχόλια είναι δυστυχώς αλήθεια.
Order and pay by card on July 20 for collection from the store, for a product with availability "1-3 days".
Clearly a lie, the product was actually available 2 weeks later ... (August 2).
On August 5, I ask for a refund. 2 months later, I am still waiting for the return.
What you see in other comments is unfortunately true.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Απαράδεκτοι, η παραγγελία έγινε και πληρώθηκε ενώ το προϊόν δεν το είχαν. Ακυρώθηκε η παραγγελία και η επιστροφή του τιμήματος θα γίνει σε δεκατέσσερις μερες στην πρώτη επικοινωνία. Σε δέκα μου είπαν στη δεύτερη και άιντε να δούμε πότε.Και όλα αυτά για πληρωμή μέσω PayPal.
Unacceptable, the order was made and paid for while the product was not available. The order was canceled and the price will be refunded in fourteen days at the first contact. At ten they told me in the second and let's see when. And all this for payment via PayPal.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Παραγγελία μαχαιροπίρουνα (Inox ) οχι και φθηνά για την υποτιθέμενη ποιοτητα τους. Ιδανικά για πλυντηριο πιατων. Τα βάζω πλυντηριο, σκουριασαν. Τα στέλνω πισω. Η απάντηση;Είχε κάτι το πλυντήριο μου αλλά το μαχαιροπίρουνο λαϊκής δεν έχει παθει τιποτα στο μεταξύ. Αφου τα έστειλα πισω για αντικατασταση, μου τα επέστρεψαν ως καθαρα. Έδωσα 6 ευρώ για μεταφορικά (λες κ φταίω εγώ) και στη συσκευασία έλειπαν από τα 12 πιρουνακια τα 5 ?. Κακή εξυπηρέτηση - έξτρα κόστος μεταφορικών και έλλειψη προϊόντων στην επιστροφή. Κρίμα.
Order cutlery (Inox) not cheap for their supposed quality. Ideal for dishwasher. I put them in the washing machine, they rusted. I send them back. The answer? My washing machine had something but the folk cutlery has not suffered anything in the meantime. After I sent them back for replacement, they returned them to me as clean. I gave 6 euros for shipping (as if it's my fault) and the package lacked 5 forks of 5 ?. Poor service - extra shipping costs and lack of products on return. Pity.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ΑΠΛΑ ΜΗΝ ΤΟΥΣ ΕΜΠΙΣΤΕΥΤΕΙΤΕ! Η πιο αντιεπαγγελματική αντιμετώπιση που έχω ζήσει ποτέ μου!! Έκανα παραγγελία μέσω skroutz για κάποια είδη εστίασης. Στο skroutz εμφανίζονταν άμεσα διαθέσιμα με παράδοση 1-3 ημέρες. Παρολ' αυτά διευκρίνησα τηλεφωνικά πως επειδή ο εξοπλισμός ήταν απαραίτητος για μια έκθεση που θα συμμετείχαμε, η παράδοση να μην ξεπεράσει τις 6 ημέρες (παράδοση στην ίδια πόλη). Στις 6 ημέρες και μετά από αρκετές προσπάθειες επικοινωνίας, η κυρία Θεοδοσοπούλου με ενημέρωσε ευθαρσώς πως δε μπορούν να με εξυπηρετήσουν. Ακόμα και στην αντι-πρόταση που μου έκαναν για να επιλέξω κάποιο παραπλήσιο είδος, δεν με κάλεσαν ΠΟΤΕ να με ενημερώσουν αν θα μπορούσαν να το παραδώσουν στην ώρα του. ΜΑΚΡΙΑ ΑΠΟ ΑΥΤΗ ΤΗΝ ΕΤΑΙΡΕΙΑ αν δεν θέλετε να εκτεθείτε σαν επαγγελματίες!!
JUST DON'T TRUST THEM! The most unprofessional treatment I have ever experienced !! I ordered via skroutz for some catering items. At skroutz they appeared immediately available with 1-3 days delivery. Nevertheless, I clarified by phone that because the equipment was necessary for an exhibition we would participate in, the delivery should not exceed 6 days (delivery in the same city). In 6 days and after several attempts at communication, Mrs. Theodosopoulou boldly informed me that they could not serve me. Even in the counter-proposal they made to me to choose a similar item, they NEVER called me to let them know if they could deliver it on time. AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY if you do not want to be exposed as a professional !!
