★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Απαράδεκτη εξυπηρέτηση! Έχω παραγγείλει ένα προϊόν στις 13/07 , έχουμε σήμερα 4/08 και ενώ έγραφε ότι είναι άμεσα διαθέσιμο δεν έχω παραλάβει το προϊόν . Πριν από 2 εβδομάδες είχα καλέσει και μου είπαν θα μιλήσουν με την αποθήκη να δουν γιατί άργησε τόσο πολύ και θα με καλέσουν . Ξανά καμία ενημέρωση! ΑΝΤΙΕΠΑΓΓΕΛΜΑΤΙΕΣ! Μακρυά από αυτό το κατάστημα!
 Unacceptable service! I ordered a product on 13/07, we have today 4/08 and while it said it is immediately available I have not received the product. I had called 2 weeks ago and they told me they would talk to the warehouse to see why it was so late and they would call me. No updates again! PROFESSIONALS! Away from this store!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Παραγγέλνω έναν ανεμιστήρα που λένε ότι τον έχουν άμεσα διαθέσιμο τούς περνώ τηλέφωνο μετά από 2 μέρες να τους ρωτήσω αν τον στείλανε και μου λένε ότι τον περιμένουν μετά από 2 μέρες μου λένε ότι δεν υπάρχει και μου πρότεινουν άλλον τούς λέω οκ να τον στείλουν μετά απο τηλέφωνο που τους έκανα εγώ μετά με ενημέρωσαν ότι ούτε τον συγκεκριμένο τον έχουν άμεσα και τον περιμένουν από την επόμενη βδομάδα όλα αυτά με προπληρωμενη κατάθεση των χρημάτων για την πρώτη παραγγελία . αφού μετά τούς είπα να ακυρώσουν την παραγγελία γιατί με ταλαιπώρησαν και δεν θέλω να μου φερουν τον ανεμιστήρα σε έναν μήνα αλλά άμεσα όπως λέγανε ότι τον είχαν σε ερώτηση πότε θα γίνει η επιστροφή των χρημάτων μου λένε σε 5 εργάσιμες μέρες.απαραδεκτη εταιρεία και απαράδεκτη εξυπηρέτηση
I order a fan that they say they have immediately available I call them after 2 days to ask them if they sent it and they tell me they are waiting for it after 2 days they tell me it doesn't exist and they suggest another one I tell them ok to send it after phone that I made to them then they informed me that they do not have the specific one directly and they are waiting for him from next week all this with a prepaid deposit of the money for the first order. after I told them to cancel the order because they bothered me and I don't want them to bring me the fan in a month but immediately as they said they asked him when the money will be refunded they tell me in 5 working days. unacceptable company and unacceptable service

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Παρήγγειλα δύο φωτιστικά με χρόνο παράδοσης 7-10 ημέρες. Μετά από 2 εβδομάδες τηλεφωνώ για να μάθω για την εξέλιξη της παραγγελίας και γίνομαι μπαλάκι μεταξύ γραμματείας και αποθήκης.
Δεν είχαν ιδέα τί γινόταν αλλά δεν μπορούσαν να επικοινωνήσουν και μεταξύ τους!! Πέρασε έτσι άλλη μια εβδομάδα και σήμερα κατόπιν δικού μου τηλεφωνήματος μου είπαν ότι ο κωδικός έχει καταργηθεί και το προϊόν δεν υπάρχει..
Το μόνο που τους σώζει είναι η ευγένειά τους, αυτό όμως δεν αναιρεί ότι κάποιοι εκεί μέσα δεν κάνουν καλά την δουλειά τους.
I ordered two lamps with a delivery time of 7-10 days. After 2 weeks I call to find out how the order is going and I get a ball between the secretariat and the warehouse.
They had no idea what was going on but couldn't communicate with each other !! It's been another week so today and after my phone call I was told that the code has been removed and the product doesn't exist ..
The only thing that saves them is their kindness, but that doesn't deny that some people out there are not doing their job well.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Απαράδεκτοι. Έκανα την παραγγελία σε στοχευμένα Άμεσα Διαθέσιμα προιόντα διότι βιαζόμουν. 3 εργάσιμες μετά (5 ημερολογιακές) η παραγγελία μου ήταν ακόμα σε εξέλιξη. Επικοινωνώ τηλεφωνικά και μου λένε ότι κάτι λάθος έγινε με τον προμηθευτή. Την ίδια μέρα μου στέλνουν μήνυμα ότι η παραγγελία θα αποσταλέι την επομένη (4η εργάσιμη). Το μεσημέρι της επόμενης μου στέλνουν νέο μήνυμα ότι ένα από τα προιόντα δεν είναι πλέον διαθέσιμο και μου προτείνουν άλλο. Όλα αυτά χωρίς ποτέ να με πάρουν ένα τηλέφωνο ούτε καν να απαντήσουν σε ένα μέιλ που τους έστειλα εκφράζοντας την δυσαρέσκεια μου. Φυσικά τους τηλεφώνησα και ακύρωσα την παραγγελία. Τώρα περιμένω πίσω τα χρήματά μου. Θα σύστηνα, με βάση την εμπειρία μου, να αποφεύγεται το συγκεκριμένο κατάστημα.
Unacceptable. I was ordering Targeted Immediately Available products because I was in a hurry. After 3 working days (5 calendar) my order was still in progress. I call by phone and they tell me something went wrong with the supplier. The same day they send me a message that the order will be shipped the next day (4th working day). At noon the next day they send me a new message that one of the products is no longer available and they suggest me another. All this without ever getting a phone call or even answering an email I sent to express my dissatisfaction. Of course I phoned them and canceled the order. Now I'm waiting for my money back. I would recommend, in my experience, to avoid this store.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Απαράδεκτο!!!!! Έκανα δύο παραγγελίες στις 10/09/2020, που έλεγαν άμεσα διαθέσιμο!!! Καθημερινά τηλεφωνήματα για να μάθω την πορεία της παραγγελίας και μου λέγανε ότι είναι σε επεξεργασία από την αποθήκη τους και ότι θα με ενημερώσει η αποθήκη!!!! Φυσικά καμία ενημέρωση δεν έγινε ποτέ!!!! Επίσης μου είπαν ότι αφού λέει ότι είναι διαθέσιμο θα μου αποσταλεί η παραγγελία μου το πολύ σε πέντε εργάσιμες!!!! Φτάσαμε σήμερα 17/09/2020 στις 16:30 για να μου πουν ότι δεν έχουν κανένα από τα προϊόντα της παραγγελίας!!!! ΑΝΤΊ ΕΠΑΓΓΕΛΜΑΤΊΕΣ!!!! Μακριά!!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Απόλυτα ευχαριστημένος.Μεγάλη ποικιλία προιόντων.Καταπληκτική οργάνωση με πολύ εξυπηρετικό προσωπικό το οποίο δεν σε αγχώνει όταν ζητάς την βοήθειά τους σε μια αγορά σε αντίθεση με άλλα αντίστοιχα καταστήματα.Επίσης έμεινα πολύ ευχαριστημένος από τη δυνατότητα αλλαγής ενός προϊόντος.
Absolutely pleased. Great range of products. Amazing organization with very helpful staff who does not bother you when asking for their help in a market unlike other similar stores. I was also very pleased with the ability to change a product.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Εκτός οτι καθυστέρησε η παραγγελία να την στείλετε και αναγκάστηκα να σας καλέσω για να την ξεθάψετε μου είπατε οτι δεν έχετε δυο κωδικούς απο αυτα που παρήγγειλα (εντάξει δε με πείραξε πολυ αυτο). Το θέμα είναι οτι ήρθαν και λάθος 2 άλλοι κωδικοί αμάν και πάλι αμάν. Θα επανέλθω για την συνέχεια γιατι μου ζητήσατε φωτογραφίες του λάθος να τις στείλω στο viber , τις έστειλα και ακόμα να μου απαντήσετε , αμάν και πάλι αμάν καλύτερα απο το κατάστημα τις γειτονίας και λίγο πιο ακριβά παρά με εσάς τι να πω .... Δε θα ξανα αγοράσω τίποτα απο εσάς να μου κοπεί καλύτερα... Ενω σας εχω στείλει τις φωτογραφίες απο το site σας το τι θέλω επαναλαμβάνεται το ίδιο λάθος , μου στείλατε κάτι άσχετο πάλι , με άσχετο κωδικό προϊόντος και διαφορετική τιμή , ανοίξτε φούρνο καλύτερα δε μπορείτε να εξυπηρετήσετε. θα τα λύσουμε τα προβλήματα σας με την βοήθεια τις προστασίας του καταναλωτή μη στεναχωριέστε.
