★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Erofili's Home was completely unacceptable for the price we paid (65,00 euro per night, total amount was withheld on our pre-paid card before we arrived). The rooms are in dire need of maintenance (no hot water, lighting fixtures half hanging, no towel bars in the bathroom, the toilet seat was semi-detached, the TV doesn't work, no phone, no parking- just the town's public spaces). On the positive side, the breakfast buffet was good and the staff is polite and try to do their best under the circumstances. I wouldn't suggest this place to anyone: the room was just a roof over our head and nothing more.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I rate it with 5* because we had a great view, we had a big fireplace in the room which makes our night very romantic, the breakfast tasty and the reception very kind to stay overtime and to wait for us almost 50 minutes (I am talking about 1:20 at the midnight)! I would recommend this hotel to everyone!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My third visit to this place. Smiles all over, clean and comfortable big rooms, good price, fabulous breakfast on a patio facing the majestic mountain of Pelion 2 kilometres away from the breath taking scenery and taverns of Makrinitsa. Au revoir, see you again soon.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Simply outstanding. We stayed in a suite that was fully renovated(we were one of the first to sleep there after the renovation) with modern but also a bit of traditional style. The view of the mountain Pilio and the city as well was great. The breathtaking sunset and the balcony offered us a feeling of freedom. In 20 min. you can reach the city and in 20 min. you can reach the top village of the mountain( ski facilities). This location is great for the summer months but for the winter as well(it includes a fireplace in the room).
Tip: dont forget to visit makrinitsa village.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Be very careful when you book here. The hotel is good apparently, but we booked a room at the erofili "HOME." This place was very noisy, and the lighting made the rooms feel like a dungeon. The power went out twice, there was no wifi, and the shower is poorly designed so that you end up with a flood of water in your bathroom after a shower. Gave it a couple stars because the staff were friendly and the breakfast was not too bad. But these rooms should be offered at a much, much more discounted rate than the erofili hotel.
