Κάθε φορά που παίρνω τηλέφωνο, είτε δεν απαντούν, είτε ένας κυριος λέει τη γνωστή καραμέλα ότι θα με πάρουν πίσω να με ενημερώσουν και δεν παίρνουν ποτέ! ΜΑΚΡΙΑ!!!! I give a star because unfortunately I can not give 0! UNACCEPTABLE! I ordered a hermit crab on 26/02, I paid for it and it never came to me! Every time I get a call, they either do not answer, or a gentleman says the well-known candy that they will take me back to inform me and they never get it! FAR AWAY!!!!

ΚΛΙΚ ΔΟΛΩΜΑ στο σαιτ σας με μια παραγγελια που ΔΕΝ το ειχατε με αιτιολογια οτι δεν ειχατε στοκ και μου ειπατε σε 3 μερες θα εχω το προιον και εχουν περασει 15 μερες και με πηρατε τηλεφωνο για να μου πειτε οτι δεν το εχετε για να μου στειλετε αλλο προιον , με πατε απο μερα σε μερα για παραλαβη και σαν τον χαζο καθομαι σπιτι περιμενοντας να μου ερθει . Ντροπη για την καθυστερηση , ντροπη για το χρονο που ασχοληθηκα , ντροπη για τα λαθοι σας. Shame on you! CLICK BAIT on your site with an order that you did NOT have with reasons that you did not have stock and you told me in 3 days I will have the product and 15 days have passed and you called me to tell me that you do not have it to send me another product, you take me from day to day for collection and like a fool I sit at home waiting for it to come to me. Shame on you for being late, shame on you for the time I spent, shame on your mistakes.

Δεν είχα λάβει καμία ειδοποίηση. Τα λεφτά τουλάχιστον τα πήρα γρήγορα πίσω. Μακάρι να είναι τυχαίο το γεγονός There was no item I ordered. Προϊόν άμεσα διαθέσιμο που ποτέ δεν ήρθε πήρα 2 φορές τηλέφωνο γιατί δεν μου ήρθε ποτέ επιβεβαιωτικο email για την παραγγελία που έκανα,στο τηλέφωνο μίλησα με έναν κύριο που έλεγε ότι του κατέβει στο κεφάλι και είπε πως θα με έπαιρνε πίσω πράγμα που δεν έγινε ποτέ. Ευτυχώς υπάρχουν και άλλα sites πιο αξιόπιστα και βολεύτηκα από αλλού αυτό που ήθελα και ήρθε σε μια μέρα. Όχι σε αυτούς που περίμενα 20 μέρες. ΤΡΑΓΙΚΟΙ! As I see it others have the same problem as me. Product immediately available that never came I called twice because I never received a confirmation email for the order I made, on the phone I talked to a gentleman who said it was going down in his head and he said he would take me back which never happened. Fortunately there are other sites more reliable and I was comfortable from elsewhere what I wanted and it came in a day. Not to those I waited 20 days. TRAGIC!

Ο κύριος που απαντάει το τηλέφωνο που βρήκα στην ιστοσελίδα τους, μου είπε ότι θα με ενημερώσει άμεσα. Έχω επικοινωνήσει αρκετές φορές, αλλά δεν απαντούν στο ένα και μοναδικό τηλέφωνο επικοινωνίας τους. Έχω αρχίσει και ανησυχώ ότι κάτι δεν πάει καλά. Θα επανέλθω όταν έχω νεότερα σχετικά με την εξέλιξη της παραγγελίας μου. I wonder with so many positive reviews. I have ordered products worth € 200 from 30/03/22 and I have not yet received shipping details. The gentleman who answers the phone I found on their website, told me that he will inform me immediately. I have contacted them several times, but they do not answer their one and only contact phone. I have started and I am worried that something is wrong. I will come back when I have news about the progress of my order.

Πέρασαν τρεις μήνες με συνεχείς προσπάθειες από την πλευρά μου όπου κάθε φορά με κορόιδευαν στο τηλέφωνο λέγοντας πως θα το στείλουν άμεσα. Πέντε μήνες μετά και ακόμα δεν έχω παραλάβει τίποτα. Απλή κοροϊδία. Θα έπρεπε να βγει και από το skroutz. The store is unfortunately unacceptable. I received the wrong product and informed immediately. I was told that they do not have the right product available and they will order it. Three months passed with continuous efforts on my part where every time they made fun of me on the phone saying that they would send it immediately. Five months later and I still have not received anything. Simple joke. It should also come out of skroutz.

Αγόρασα με τραπεζική κατάθεση server (μιλάμε για 2k εξοπλισμό) απο τον εν λόγω μαγαζί. Μας κορόιδευαν για 3 μήνες και ενώ ακυρώθηκε η παραγγελία στον 4ο μήνα, δεν κάνουν επιστροφή του ποσού. Έχω κινηθεί νομικά προς τον διαχειριστή του μαγαζιού. Υπάρχουν email που επιβεβαιώνουν τα λεγομενά μου και δεν εχω σκοπό να κοροιδέψω κανέναν. Όποιος δεν θελει να έχει περιπέτειες με τον κυριο φύγετε όπως ήρθατε. ΜΑΚΡΙΑ ΜΑΚΡΙΑ ΜΑΚΡΙΑ Guys I do this review to protect as many as I can. I bought with a bank deposit server (we are talking about 2k equipment) from that store. They made fun of us for 3 months and while the order was canceled in the 4th month, they do not refund the amount. I have taken legal action against the store manager. There are emails that confirm what I say and I do not intend to fool anyone. Anyone who does not want to have adventures with the master leave as you came. AWAY AWAY AWAY
