★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Μείναμε απολύτα ευχαριστημένοι! Σε όλη τη διαδικασία της ανακαίνισης του μπάνιου μας ο κ. Μπελεφάντης μας συμβούλευσε, μας πρότεινε ιδέες καί μας ενημέρωσε με εξαιρετική φροντίδα, ευγένεια, συνέπεια και γνώση του αντικειμένου. Είναι κάτι που σήμερα δεν το βρίσκεις εύκολα!!
Επιπλέον βρήκαμε μεγάλη ποικιλία επιλογών σε πολύ καλή ποιότητα καί σε καλές τιμές.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Aγοράσαμε πλακάκια πρωτης ποιότητας. Ενα χρόνο μετά, υπάρχουν τουλάχιστον 10 διαφορετικά πλακάκια με σπασμένο σμάλτο. Το κατάστημα έχει ενημερωθεί εδώ και τουλάχιστον 6 μήνες. Απλά απογοητευμένος. Kυριολεκτικά πανικοβάλλομαι καθε φορά που μου πέφτει κάτω ένα στυλό...
Σε απάντηση στο σχόλιο του καταστήματος, δυστυχώς η ζημια στο σμάλτο των πλακιδίων δεν οφείλεται σε σε κακη τοποθέτηση. αλλά σε κάθε περίπτωση, το γεγονός είναι ότι ενώ αναφέρθηκα στο πρόβλημα πάνω απο δύο φορές τηλεφωνικα και με προσωπική μου επίσκεψη στο κατάστημα, δεν υπήρξε κανένα ενδιαφέρον εκ μέρους του ιδιοκτήτη, παρά μόνο μια προφορική υπόσχεση 'θα το δουμε'.
Απάντηση στο 2ο σχόλιο της επιχείρησης: Σας ευχαριστούμε εμείς για τις τρύπες στα πλακάκια του δαπέδου μας, για την αμεσότατη απόκριση στην κριτική μας και για την μηδενική απόκριση στο πρόβλημα με τα πλακάκια του σπιτιού μας.
We bought first quality tiles. A year later, there are at least 10 different tiles with broken enamel. The store has been updated for at least 6 months. Just disappointed. I literally panic every time a pen falls on me ...
In response to the store's comment, unfortunately the damage to the tile enamel is not due to poor placement. but in any case, the fact is that while I mentioned the problem more than twice over the phone and in my personal visit to the store, there was no interest from the owner, only a verbal promise 'we'll see'.
Answer to the 2nd comment of the company: We thank you for the holes in our floor tiles, for the immediate response to our criticism and for the zero response to the problem with the tiles of our house.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Απαράδεκτοι! Πήραμε τηλέφωνο να ρωτήσουμε μέχρι τι ώρα είναι ανοιχτά μιας και είμαστε 1 ώρα και μακριά και είπαν ότι είναι. Πήγαμε και ήταν κλειστά!
Σε απάντηση στο σχόλιο σας εκτός του ότι δεν αναλαμβάνετε το λάθος που έγινε ξεκάθαρα από μεριά σας ως προς την ενημέρωση για το ωράριο λειτουργίας,αν μπείτε στην ιστοσελίδα σας στο κατάστημα αναγράφεται συνεχόμενο ωράριο καθημερινά μέχρι τις 9μμ.
Unacceptable! We got on the phone to ask what time they are open since we are 1 hour away and they said it is. We went and it was closed!
In response to your comment, apart from the fact that you do not undertake the mistake that was clearly made by you regarding the information about the opening hours, if you enter your website in the store, a continuous schedule is listed daily until 9pm.
