★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Σεβαστειτε τον πελατη, οχι μονο οταν αγοραζει ,
αλλα και οταν προκειται για ελαττωματικο προιον,
& βελτιωστε τον τροπο αντιμετωπισης του.
Μου προτεινατε να επικοινωνησω εγω με το εργοστασιο !!!!!
Ο πελατης δεν γνωριζει,ουτε ειναι υποχρεωμενος,
να ...απευθυνθει στην βιοτεχνια-εργοστασιο κατασκευης,
για παραπονα, αντθετως εσεις ειστε υποχρεωμενοι .
Εχουμε κανει κι αλλες αγορες απο εσας, χωρις προβλημα.
(οπως βλεπετε εχουν ανοιξει οι ραφες , κατι που δεν μπηκατε
στον κοπο να το δειτε )

Η κοπέλα ( Εύα αν δεν κάνω λάθος ) που μας εξυπηρέτησε ευγενέστατη , καλοσυνάτη και πρόθυμη να μας εξηγήσει την παραμικρή λεπτομέρεια , πραγματική επαγγελματίας παρόλο το νεαρό της ηλικίας της .
