★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Δυστυχώς πολύ κακή εξυπηρέτηση στο κατάστημα Αιγάλεω. Μου κάνανε λάθος τούς βαθμούς τών γυαλιών και αντί να τό κοιτάξουν προσπαθούσαν να με πείσουν ότι δεν τα έχω συνηθίσει. Δεν ξανακάνω το ίδιο λάθος.Μακρια από τέτοια φτηνομαγαζα.
Unfortunately, very poor service in the Egaleo store. They mistaken my grades for glasses and instead of looking at them, they tried to convince me that I wasn't used to them. I don't make the same mistake again. Far from such cheap shops.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Επισκέφτηκα το κατάστημα στο Αιγάλεω στις 12 για να αγοράσω ένα ζευγάρι γυαλιά. Η πωλήτρια αγενεστατες και προκλητικές !Τους ζητήσαμε να μας δείξουνκαποια και μας απάντησαν με μορφασμο . Είναι η δεύτερη φορά που γίνεται αυτό στο συγκεκριμένο μαγαζί και τις ίδιες πωλήτριες .Λυπάμαι για λογαριασμό Τους
I visited the store in Egaleo at 12 to buy a pair of glasses. The saleswoman is very rude and provocative! We asked them to show us some and they answered with a grimace. This is the second time this has been done in this store and the same saleswomen. I'm sorry for them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Πάρα πολύ κακή εξυπηρέτηση πήρα ένα ζευγάρι γυαλιά μου έσπασε το πήγα για επιδιόρθωση Σε δύο μέρες και μου βάλανε μία βίδα που φαινόταν και παρόλα αυτά τους είπα σπάστε και το άλλο βάλτε και από κει βίδα Όχι δεν γίνεται όπως καταλάβατε τα πέταξα στα σκουπίδια δεν το συνιστώ με τίποτα
Too bad service I got a pair of glasses I broke it I went to repair In two days and they put a screw that was visible and still I told them break and put the other screw No it is not possible as you understood I threw them in the trash I do not recommend it no way

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Πολύ κακή ποιότητα σκελετού. Αγόρασα ένα ζευγάρι γυαλιών μυωπίας τον Ιούλιο και μετά από 10 μέρες στράβωσε το ένα μπρατσάκι λίγο πριν τις διακοπές. Πήγα στο κατάστημα για να μου το διορθώσουν και η κοπέλα αρνήθηκε να μου το κάνει εκτός και αν αναλάμβανα την ευθύνη αν έσπαγε που φυσικά δεν δέχτηκα. Κατά την διάρκεια των διακοπών συνέβει και το αναμενόμενο σπάσιμο και χθες πήγα για να μου το επισκευάσουν. Χρειάζονταν τουλάχιστον 10 μέρες για την επισκευή και 14 ευρώ ή 25 ευρώ για να μου αντικαταστήσουν το σκελετό. Έφυγα τρέχοντας και πήγα σε γειτονικό κατάστημα που μου το διόρθωσαν δωρεάν μέσα σε μια ώρα.
Very poor frame quality. I bought a pair of myopia glasses in July and after 10 days one arm twisted just before the holidays. I went to the store to have it fixed and the girl refused to do it to me unless I took responsibility if it broke which of course I did not accept. During the holidays the expected break happened and yesterday I went to have it repaired. It took at least 10 days to repair and 14 euros or 25 euros to replace my frame. I ran away and went to a nearby store which was fixed for free within an hour.
