★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Today I've got unbelievable experience in this shop. I used to purchase some particular food for cats here. Always been happy.
But
Since I last time bought the same food as always, this time the cats didn't want to eat it, instead they remained hungry. There was something wrong with it.
So I complained and I was willing to buy even more expansive food under the condition, that I'll will bring it back this time if the cats refuse to eat it again. That's my right.
She said I can not bring back opened bag. OK, so how I know if the food is not broken again? Instead she talk to me in unacceptable manner and voice increased.
Hey boss of this shop, you have to understand what is a consumer law and you should treat appropriate way your customers if you don't want to loose them.
I never gonna visit this shop anymore
This is really not the way how the business has to work
