Α	Αντωνία Κρυσταλλοπουλου on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Πραγματικα δεν ξερω τι να κανω μου εχουν τραβηξει τα χρηματα δεν μπορω να επικοινωνησω με κανεναν περα απο το skroutz η παραγγελια εχει γινει πριν 10 μερες δεν μου απανταει κανεις στο καταστημα και απλα εχω φρικαρει γιατι τα χρηματα ειναι πολλα επισης λεει διαθεσιμο απο 1 εως 3 μερες και εμενα δεν μου εχει ερθει ουτε ενα mail I really do not know what to do I have withdrawn the money I can not contact anyone other than skroutz the order was made 10 days ago no one answers me in the store and I'm just scared because the money is too much also says available from 1 to 3 days and I have not received a single mail

M	Maria Alexopoulou on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Τραγική εξυπηρέτηση , 10 μέρες μετά την παραγγελία μου δεν έχει καν παραδοθεί η συσκευή μου σε μεταφορική(μέσω skroutz delivery έδειχνε παράδοση 1-3 μέρες).Το τηλέφωνο το έχουν βάλει μάλλον για troll γιατί δε δουλεύει. Tragic service, 10 days after my order my device has not even been delivered by transport (via skroutz delivery it showed delivery in 1-3 days). The phone has been put on a troll because it does not work.

Τόσο εγώ όσο και άλλοι καταναλωτές αντιμετωπίσαμε την ίδια ανευθυνότητα και αδιαφορία από το συγκεκριμένο κατάστημα! Απανωτά τηλέφωνα και κάθε φορά κατειλημμένο! Έχει αργήσει ήδη η παραγγελία μου 5 μέρες να φύγει από το κατάστημα τους και αμφιβάλω για το αν θα παραλάβω κάποια στιγμή ! Απλά μια από τίς χειρότερες εμπειρίες μου σε παραγγελία μέσω διαδικτύου ! The service does not exist and I do not speak at all metaphorically, it is literally NON-EXISTENT! Both I and other consumers faced the same irresponsibility and indifference from this store! Lots of phones and every time busy! It has already been 5 days since my order left their store and I doubt if I will receive it at some point! Just one of my worst experiences when ordering online!
