★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Αλλάζω την αξιολόγηση μου από 1 σε 5 για τη συγκεκριμένη εταιρεία. Αποδείχθηκε πως είναι αξιόπιστη. Δεν υπήρχε δόλος αλλά ήταν ανθρώπινο λάθος που φρόντισαν αποτελεσματικά να επιλύσουν και να με εξυπηρετήσουν με τον καλύτερο τρόπο. Συγχαρητήρια, για τον επαγγελματισμό που επέδειξαν .

Αναξιόπιστοι. Μακριά.Αν επικοινωνήσουν κλείστε απλώς το τηλέφωνο, διαφορετικά θα σας ανανεώσουν τη σύνδεση χωρίς να έχετε συναινέσει και θα χρειαστείτε δικηγόρο για να επιλύσετε το πρόβλημα.
I change my rating from 1 to 5 for this company. It turned out to be reliable. There was no deceit but it was a human error that they took care to effectively resolve and serve me in the best way. Congratulations, for the professionalism they showed.

Unreliable. Away. If they communicate just hang up the phone, otherwise they will renew your connection without your consent and you will need a lawyer to resolve the issue.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Απαράδεκτο το ψέμα ότι δε μένεις χωρίς τηλέφωνο και ίντερνετ μέχρι να γίνει ενεργοποίηση στη wind. Από τις 21/4 ακόμα περιμένουμε χωρίς τηλέφωνο και ίντερνετ και φυσικά θα έχουμε τηλέφωνο από Τρίτη και αν... Καλέσαμε βέβαια τη wind για υπαναχώρηση και ακόμα περιμένουμε. Απορώ γιατί η Wind συνεργάζεται μαζί τους.
The lie that you do not stay without a phone and internet until it is activated in wind is unacceptable. From 21/4 we are still waiting without phone and internet and of course we will have a phone from Tuesday and if ... Of course we called the wind for withdrawal and we are still waiting. I wonder why Wind works with them.
