The worst I have visited in Chania. Unfortunately poor service and very bad result when it comes to hairdressing. I'm really sorry ??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Πραγματικα, το ποιο μη-επαγγελματικο κομμωτήριο. Πηγα ακριβως στην ωρα που ειχα ραντεβου, περιμενα μια ωρα, και δεν ειχα το αποτέλεσμα που ηθελα. Εδειξα φωτογραφια για το τι ακριβώς ηθελα, και πληρωσα 10€ παραπανω απο την προσφορα που ειχα δει. Επισης καθως στο ξεβγαλμα, πηγε σαμπουάν στο ματι, αουτς. Δεν το προτεινω. Αν μπορουσα να εβαζα κανενα αστερι, θα το εβαζα.
Really, which non-professional hair salon. I went exactly to the time I had an appointment, I waited an hour, and I did not get the result I wanted. I showed a photo for exactly what I wanted, and I paid 10 € more than the offer I had seen. Also while rinsing, shampoo went into the eye, out. I do not recommend it. If I could put any star, I would put it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Αρκετά εξυπηρέτησιμο το προσωπικό κι ο χώρος πολύ όμορφος όμως θα δώσω αρνητική κριτική γιατί ζητησα να μου κόψει λίγο τις άκρες κι κατέληξα με μαλλί στον ώμο ενω κανω προσπάθειες να τα μακρύνω ! Λίγο προσοχή με το ψαλίδι .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not professional services, they are not trained well enough, if I as a customer feel that I have to tell them how to do certain things within manicure and pedicure, then something is definitely off. I think they should invest less in the layout of the salon (which is great) but in training of employees.
Moreover, I lacked a simple Customer Relationship knowledge there: it was 45C and no one offered water or any other refreshments.
In addition, since I was late, we we’re having a discussion about me getting either manicure or pedicure. The manager misunderstood me that I don’t want to get any of that, so she told me to wait outside in the sun (45C outside) (not inside where the air condition is running). I am sad I did not tell my mom that we are leaving after she told me that. This is inexcusable. Absolutely poor service.
