★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Αγόρασα ενα ανταλακτικό izzy απο το κατάστημα σας το οποίο μου κράτησε μόλις για δυο εβδομάδες ενω το προηγούμενο μου κράτησε δυο χρόνια.Οταν σας το ανέφερα μου είπατε οτι φταίω εγώ λόγω κακής χρήσης που ενδεχομένως να έκανα.
Η στάση σας είναι απαράδεκτη , άκρως αντιεπαγγελματική , θα προσφύγω
στον συνήγορο του καταναλωτή διότι δεν με πείραξε οτι έχασα ενα μικρό ποσό αλλά η απάτη την οποία επιδείξατε στο πρόσωπο μου
 I bought an izzy refill from your store which lasted for only two weeks while my previous one lasted two years. When I mentioned it you told me that I was to blame for the misuse I might have done.
Your attitude is unacceptable, highly unprofessional, I will appeal
to the consumer advocate because it didn't bother me that I lost a small amount but the fraud you showed on my face
