They do not answer a phone call. Outside the branch there is almost always crowding and irritation (on the stairs and on the sidewalk).

Εγώ θα απενεργοποιήσω σύντομα τον λογαριασμό μου εκεί και θα πάω σε άλλη τράπεζα. Σας συνιστώ να μην εμπιστεύεστε τα χρήματα σας σε ανθρώπους που δεν σέβονται και δεν το εκτιμούν. There is no service. You have a problem and they look at you like a loser. They do nothing to help you, not even try. I will soon deactivate my account there and go to another bank. I advise you not to trust your money to people who do not respect and appreciate it.

Περιμένεις ουρά κάθε φορά 20-30 λεπτά, μετα ζητάνε πιστοποιητικά εμβολιασμού και μπούρδες (όπως στην WIND, και στα praktiker) Για να σου ανοίξουν αριθμό λογαριασμού και κάρτα ΑΤΜ θέλουν 35€ οι απατεώνες και ήθελαν ποιο πολλές βεβαιώσεις. Ενώ στη Eurobank 6€. AlphaΒank 5€. Piraeus δωρεάν και πολύ καλύτερή συνεννόηση. Μακριά... Of all the banks I have been to, this was the worst. V	Venizelos Touchtidis on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Επισκέφτηκα το κατάστημα για να ενεργοποιήσω αδρανή ιδιωτικό λογαριασμό. Η υπάλληλος μου είπε να κλείσω ραντεβού. Κατέβασα τη σχετική εφαρμογή και το ραντεβού κλείστηκε για μεσημεριανή ώρα, δεκαπεντε μέρες μετά (ήταν η πιο κοντινή διαθέσιμη ημερομηνία). Ευχαριστώ που μου κάνετε τη ζωή εύκολη. Υ.Γ. Θα έπρεπε να υπάρχουν 5 αστέρια μείον για να γίνει σωστά η αξιολόγηση I visited the store to activate an idle private account. The clerk told me to make an appointment. Δ	Δέσποινα Ζούση on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ήθελα να βγάλω λογαριασμο μισθοδοσίας και φυσικά ατύχησα γιατί ήδη είχα μια παλιά κάρτα στην συγκεκριμένη τράπεζα, συνεπώς δεν μπορούσα να κάνω κάποια ταυτοποίηση μέσω κάμερας (μόνο αν είσαι νέος πελάτης γίνεται εφικτό). παρ' όλα αυτα ήξερα ότι χρειάζεται ραντεβού, δεδομένου ότι δεν μένω κοντά, δεν ήθελα να ρισκάρω να πάω για να περιμένω και εν τέλει να μην με εξυπηρετούσαν. .Κάλεσα οπότε να κλεισω στο συγκεκριμένο υποκατάστημα.. Πήρα τηλέφωνο όλες τις ώρες και όλες τις μέρες της εβδομάδας, δεν υπήρξε ποτέ επικοινωνία.. Μάλιστα το σήκωσαν 2 φορές και κατευθείαν κατέβασαν τη γραμμή. Η επόμενη μου κίνηση ήταν να κατεβάσω το nbg pass για να κλεισω ραντεβού. Φυσικά και το επόμενο διαθέσιμο ήταν μετά από 2 βδομάδες..θα μπορούσα το παρόν μήνυμα να το επεξεργαστώ και να το εκδοσω σε νουβέλα!!! I wanted to get a payroll account and of course I was unlucky because I already had an old card in that bank, so I could not do some identification via camera (only if you are a new customer is possible). nevertheless I knew I needed an appointment, since I do not live close by, I did not want to risk going to wait and in the end they did not serve me. .So I called to close the specific branch .. I got a phone call all hours and all days of the week, there was never communication .. In fact they picked it up 2 times and went straight down the line. My next move was to download the nbg pass to make an appointment. Of course the next one was available after 2 weeks..I could edit this message and publish it in a novel !!!
K	Kwstas Tsounis on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ότι χειρότερο υπάρχει σε τράπεζα. Μονο για ηλικιωμένους που απλά ενημερώνουν τα βιβλιάρια τους κάνει. Μου κλείδωσαν την κάρτα γιατί εντοπίστηκε κάποια "ύποπτη" κίνηση. Δεν με ειδοποίησε ποτέ κανεις. Έμεινα εκτεθειμένος χωρίς να μπορώ να πληρώσω σε νοσοκομείο και αφού έχω στείλει e-mail, κανείς, μετά από 3 ημέρες δεν έχει κανει τον κόπο να επικοινωνήσει μαζί μου. Καμία εξυπηρέτηση ούτε στο τμήμα "εξυπηρέτησης" πελατών ούτε στο τμήμα ασφάλειας καρτών. Ο ένας σε παραπέμπει στον άλλο και καλή υπομονή για πάνω από μία ώρα(δεν έμαθα ποτέ πόσο γιατί μετά το 50λεπτο έπεφτε η γραμμή) γιατι όλοι οι εκπρόσωποι τους είναι απασχολημένοι. Το λιγότερο ανεύθυνοι. The worst there is in a bank. Only for seniors who simply update their booklets does. They locked my card because a "suspicious" move was detected. Nobody ever notified me. I was exposed without being able to pay in a hospital and after I sent an e-mail, no one, after 3 days has bothered to contact me. No service either in the "customer service" department or in the card security department.
