g	george sp on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Σήμερα 24/08/2021 βλέποντας τα reviews είπα ότι πηγαίνοντας στο κατάστημα θα έχω θέμα. Παιδιά για δυο δουλειές και τελείωσα στο 10λεπτο. Από θέμα εξυπηρέτησης και ευγένειας έχω να πω τα καλύτερα. Στο ταμείο η κοπέλα πολύ εξυπηρετική και ευγενική και η βοήθεια που πήρα από υπάλληλο γραφείου για το e-banking άμεση και με ευγένεια. Το μόνο και μεγάλο θέμα είναι ότι από βόρεια Εύβοια είναι 2 ώρες ταξίδι και η γενική Διεύθυνση ταλαιπωρεί τόσο κόσμο κλείνοντας το υποκατάστημα Ιστιαίας. Today 24/08/2021 seeing the reviews I said that going to the store I will have an issue. Guys for two jobs and I finished in 10 minutes. In terms of service and courtesy I have the best to say. At the checkout the girl very helpful and polite and the help I got from an office clerk for e-banking direct and polite. The only big issue is that it is a 2 hour journey from northern Evia and the General Directorate is bothering so many people by closing the Istiaia branch.
a	angie mark on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Πήγα στο κατάστημα γιατί είχα κλείσει ραντεβού μου είπαν πως έχω κάνει λάθος το κατάστημα στην είσοδο και να πάω στο πρώτο γραφείο να καλέσουν το κατάστημα στο οποίο είχα κλήσει το ραντεβού για να κάνει επιβεβαιώσει ότι είναι το σωστό κάλεσε και αντί να ρωτήσει αυτό που έπρεπε αρχησε να κάνει ψιλή κουβέντα.. 8 η ώρα λένε ότι ανοίγουν μπήκαμε και 10 μας κοιτουσαν και δεν έδειξαν σημασία ή έτρωγαν ... Δεν είμαστε όλοι κάτοικοι στην Χαλκίδα.Οταν το κατάστημα λέει ότι ανοίγει στις 8:00 να είναι στις 8:00(και το λέω αυτό γιατί μένω πολύ μακριά όπου δεν υπάρχει κατάστημα και 10 έπρεπε να είμαι στην εργασία μου)Με τα πολλά κάλεσα εγω για να δω που είναι το κατάστημα το σωστό πήγα μου άνοιξαν τον λογαριασμό.ο κόσμος απ' έξω φώναζε για την κακη εξυπηρέτηση κ για το κατάστημα αυτό 3 γραφεία κ 1 ταμείο. We are not all residents of Chalkida. When the store says it opens at 8:00 to be at 8:00 ( and I say this because I live far away where there is no store and 10 I had to be at work) I called a lot to see where the store is right I went to open my account. People outside were shouting for bad service k for this store 3 offices k 1 cash register.
