★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Δυστυχώς δεν υπάρχει αρνητική κλίμακα αξιολόγησης οπότε αναγκαστικά μπαίνει το 1 αστεράκι. Καμία μα καμία ελπίδα τηλεφωνικής επικοινωνίας ΠΟΤΕ με το κατάστημα Αγίας Παρασκευής.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Δεν σηκώνουν το τηλέφωνο. Εξυπηρέτηση 0. Τελικά αυτό το κατάστημα είναι είναι απολιθωμένο, χειρότερο και από τις υπηρεσίες του Δημοσίου. Τουλάχιστον το Δημόσιο κάνει προσπάθειες για καλυτέρευση. Αυτό το κατάστημα αντιπροσωπεύει ότι χειρότερο σε τράπεζα.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Επειδή το ψάρι από το κεφάλι βρωμάει… η Εθνική κακώς αναφέρεται ως τράπεζα! Αυθαιρεσίες, καταχρηστικές χρεώσεις, αδιαφορία προς τον πελάτη και υφάκι υπαλλήλων …χιλίων καρδιναλίων ενώ στην πλειοψηφία τους είναι «ταγάρια»…
