★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Απαραδεκτη συμπεριφορά. Αγενείς και ειρωνικοι με καμία διάθεση εξυπηρέτησης του πελάτη. Ευτυχώς υπάρχει και το τηλεφωνικό κέντρο γιατί οι συγκεκριμένοι υπάλληλοι μόνο κακό κάνουν στο brand name της συγκεκριμένης τράπεζας. Ότι χειρότερο έχω συναντήσει με διαφορά. Τα θερμά μου συγχαρητήρια σε όλους όσους επέτρεψαν σε αυτούς τους ακατάλληλους τύπους να βρίσκονται εκεί και να ταλαιπωρούν τον κόσμο. Συνεχίστε έτσι δυναμικά, μπορείτε και χειρότερα… ή και όχι!
Unacceptable behavior. Rude and ironic with no customer service disposition. Fortunately, there is also a call center because the specific employees only do harm to the brand name of the specific bank. The worst I have encountered by far. My warmest congratulations to all those who allowed these inappropriate guys to be there and bother the world. Keep up the good content, you can do worse… or not!
