★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Πήρα τηλ για να κλείσω ραντεβού για επανέκδοση κάρτας της μητέρας μου με εξουσιοδότηση και η γυναίκα που μίλησε μαζί μου ήταν απαράδεκτη ως προς το ύφος ομιλίας της λέγοντας ότι δεν γίνεται. Εντάξει δέχομαι ότι δεν γίνεται αλλά όχι να μου μιλάνε με τέτοιο ύφος. Απάρδεκτη αυτή η υπάλληλος.
 I got on the phone to make an appointment to reissue my mother's card with a warranty and the woman who spoke to me was unacceptable about her style of speaking saying it was not possible. Okay I accept that it is not possible but not to speak to me in such a way. This employee is unacceptable.
