Ακόμη και για μια απλή ενεργοποίηση αδρανούς λογαριασμού, μετά απο δυο επισκέψεις στην τράπεζα και δυο τηλεφωνικές «εξυπηρετήσεις», κανείς δεν είναι σε θέση να απάντηση γιατί δεν δουλεύει τίποτε και το ένα τμήμα σε παραπέμπει στο άλλο. Συνολικά χαμένες 3 ώρες σε αναμονές (τράπεζα & τηλέφωνο) και δουλειά ακόμη δεν έχει γίνει. Ας μην μιλήσω για εταιρικό λογαριασμό. Perhaps the worst case scenario of banking and service. Even for a simple inactive account activation, after two visits to the bank and two telephone "services", no one is able to answer why nothing works and one department refers you to the other. A total of 3 hours lost in waiting (bank & phone) and work has not been done yet. Let me not talk about a corporate account.
Κ	Κατερινα Παυλιδου on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Πουλησαν τα δανεια της Visas στην Dovalue και χωρίς ενημέρωση/ προειδοποίηση μπλόκαραν τον λογαριασμό μισθοδοσίας μου... Δεν βγαζεις άκρη με το call center της Dovalue..Και ο λογαριασμός είναι κλειστός σε κατάσχεση ένα μήνα τώρα.. They sold Visas loans to Dovalue and without information / warning they blocked my payroll account ... You do not get rid of the Dovalue call center..And the account is closed for a month now ..

Ίσως με το καιρό που αλλάζουν τα άτομα που δουλεύουν εκεί, αλλάζει και το κλίμα. I look at the old reviews and I would like to say that today when I had an appointment, the staff was very polite, amazing service and with minimal waiting. Maybe as the people who work there change, so does the climate.
