★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Καλή εξυπηρέτηση από ευγενικό προσωπικό και οργανωτικό διευθυντή, ο οποίος βρίσκει τρόπο να αποσυμφορεί το κατάστημα όταν μαζεύει πολύ κόσμο. Έχω επισημάνει συχνά προβλήματα στο ΑΤΜ, που πότε βγάζει τα χρήματα που κατατίθενται ύποπτα, πότε αποσυντονιζεται το αρχικό μενού επιλογών, πότε δεν βγάζει αποδεικτικό.
Good service from polite staff and organizational manager, who finds a way to decongest the store when it gathers a lot of people. I have often pointed out problems at ATMs, when it withdraws money that is deposited suspiciously, when the initial menu of options is out of tune, when it does not issue a receipt.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Το e-banking της Eurobank είναι σαφώς καλύτερο από τα καταστήματα της... έχουν κάνει κάποιες βελτιώσεις με το χώρο αναμονής και τους αριθμούς προτεραιότητας, αλλά υπάρχει πρόβλημα στο ταμείο μεγάλο!!!
Επιτέλους! Έφυγε ο προηγούμενος διευθυντής και μπήκε το σωστό άτομο στην θέση του! Καμία σχέση η εξυπηρέτηση πια, παρότι το κατάστημα λειτουργεί με περιορισμούς COVID.
Eurobank e-banking is clearly better than its stores ... they have made some improvements with the waiting area and the priority numbers, but there is a problem with the cash register big !!!
Finally! The previous manager left and the right person took his place! No relation to the service anymore, although the store operates with COVID restrictions.

2019 Όσο πάνε κ χειρότερα . Ένα ταμείο όσο κόσμο κ αν έχει . Τσακωμοί μεταξύ των πελατών για τις σειρές κ ένας διευθυντής να φωνάζει περισσότερο από τους αγανακτισμένους πελάτες. Τραγικό κατάστημα τραγικοοοοοοο

2019 The worse they go. A fund no matter how crowded it is. Quarrels between customers over queues and a manager shouting louder than outraged customers. Tragic store tragicoooooo

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ το ενα αστερι μπηκε μονο και μονο για να γραψω κριτικη,ουτε για ενα αστερι δεν ειναι η τραπεζα . απαραδεκτο καταστημα σε ολα ... ραντεβου προσπαθω να κλεισω και με mail και απο τηλεφωνο 11 ημερες τωρα. και δεν εχω καμια ενημερωση....περνω το pos και τους λογαριασμους μου και παω σε αλλη τραπεζα.
one star came in just to write a review, not even for a star is the bank. unacceptable store in everything ... I try to book an appointment by mail and by phone 11 days now. and I have no information .... I pass my pos and accounts and go to another bank.
