Η πιο θετική εμπειρία που είχα μέχρι τώρα σε τραπεζικό κατάστημα. Excellent service both by phone and during my visit to the store. Very kind and willing staff. Σωστή ενημέρωση των δικαιολογητικών που χρειαζόμουν ώστε η επίσκεψη στο κατάστημα στη συνέχεια να είναι γρήγορη και αποτελεσμάτικη σε συνδυασμό με άνετο και φιλικό περιβάλλον. Excellent service both remotely (phone & email) and up close. Proper updating of the supporting documents I needed so that the visit to the store afterwards is fast and effective in combination with a comfortable and friendly environment.

Μετα απο σημερινη επισκεψη ατο συγκεκριμενο καταστημα, καλεσα οσο ημουν μεσα στο χωρο….το τηλεφωνο χτυπαγε ΜΟΝΟ σε γραφειο οπου δεν εργαζοταν ΚΑΝΕΙΣ υπαλληλος…ηταν ολοαδειο!!!! Προς ενημερωση των καταναλωτων οπου θα εχουν τη μελλοντικη απορεια γιατι δεν σηκουνουν τα τηλεφωνα!!! Φυσικα και δεν εξυπηρετηθηκα!!!! They did not answer the phones for two days !! After today's visit to the specific store, I called while I was in the area… .the phone rang ONLY in an office where NO ONE employee was working… it was completely empty !!!! For the information of the consumers where they will have the future wonder why the phones do not pick up !!! Of course I was not served !!!!

Η διαδικασία είναι περίπλοκη κ απαιτεί αρκετά έγγραφα, κ δυστυχώς εχασα τον χρόνο μου πέφτοντας σε έναν υπάλληλο δεν ήξερε την δουλειά του για το συγκεκριμένο θέμα, κ απλά ήθελε να προχωρήσει στο επόμενο ραντεβού του. Απογοήτευση και χάσιμο χρόνου. I asked for an appointment to open an account as a resident abroad in the Halandri store. The process is complicated and requires a lot of paperwork, and unfortunately I lost my time falling to an employee who did not know his job on the subject, and just wanted to move on to his next appointment. Frustration and waste of time.
