O	Oly Joly on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Το υποκατάστημα Κατερίνης όσο και η τράπεζα έχει επίθετο :ΚΛΕΦΤΕΣ Έκανα αποταμιευτικο πρόγραμμα και επειδή την επόμενη χρονιά δεν είχα να καταβάλω το ποσό για την Δική μου!!!!! αποταμίευση μου είπαν ότι δεν θα πάρω ούτε και το ποσό που είχα ήδη καταβάλει την προηγούμενη χρονιά, φυσικά δεν είχα ενημερωθεί από τον ψεύτη υπάλληλο αλλά υπέγραψα ένα ασφαλιστήριο που σε ψιλά γράμματα το ανέφερε..... κι έτσι έχασα όλες μου τις καταθέσεις ως εκείνη την στιγμή. Ντροπή τους!!! Αν αυτό δεν είναι κλοπή τι είναι; The Katerini branch as well as the bank has the adjective: Thieves I had a savings plan and because next year I didn't have to pay for my own !!!!! I was told I would not even get the amount I had already paid the previous year, of course I was not informed by the liar but I signed an insurance policy which stated it in small letters ..... so I lost all my deposits as At that moment. Shame on them!!! If this is not theft what is it?

Ενώ μπορώ να πω ότι τα προηγούμενα χρόνια σε άλλες πόλεις που ήμουν , οι υπάλληλοι ήταν πολύ φιλική και εξυπηρετικοί στο συγκεκριμένο κατάστημα είναι απόμακρη και δεν προσφέρουν ούτε την ουσιαστική και απαιτούμεν ενημέρωση στον πελάτη. τέτοια συμπεριφορά είναι απαράδεκτη, πρώτη φορά συναντάω στο τραπεζικό σύστημα με το οποίο έχω συναλλαγές τα τελευταία 20 χρόνια αυτή την κατάσταση. Αν δεν είχα κάποια φιλικά άτομα σε κατάστημα Άλλης πόλεις δεν θα διάλεγα την συγκεκριμένη τράπεζα για κανένα λόγο. I also have the corresponding complaint from this store and its service. While I can say that in previous years in other cities I have been to, the employees have been very friendly and helpful in this particular store they are far away and do not offer even the most substantial and demanding information to the customer. Such behavior is unacceptable, the first time I come across the banking system with which I have traded this situation for the last 20 years. If I didn't have some friendly people in another City store, I wouldn't choose this particular bank for any reason.
k	kostas christoforidis on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2 αστέρια κ αυτά για τον υπάλληλο που με εξυπηρέτησε μέσα στο κατάστημα ο οποίος ήταν εξαιρετικός. Κρίμα που δεν μπορώ να πω το ίδιο για την κυρία στην πόρτα που εβαζε μέσα τον κόσμο με έναν δικό της τρόπο με τον οποίο κατάφερε να περιμένω μια ώρα κ πέντε λεπτά για να μπω ενώ όταν πήγα είχα μόνο 2 άτομα μπροστά μου κ ενώ μπήκαν άλλοι 5 μπροστά μου (για την ίδια δουλειά με μένα)και χθες ακριβώς τα ίδια γι αυτό κ εφυφα στα 40 λεπτά αναμονής. Δηλαδή έχασα 2 μέρες για μια δουλειά 10 λεπτών.... (παραλαβή κάρτας) 2 stars and these for the employee who served me in the store who was great. Too bad I can't say the same for the lady at the door who put people in her own way in which she managed to wait an hour and five minutes to enter while when I went I had only 2 people in front of me and while others entered 5 in front of me (for the same job as me) and yesterday exactly the same for that and I was waiting for 40 minutes. That is, I lost 2 days for a job of 10 minutes .... (receipt of card)
