Το τηλέφωνο τι παίζει διακοσμητικό το έχετε; Αν είναι κλείστε το να μην πληρώνετε και τζάμπα οτε.

Εγώ δεν μένω στην πόλη και εδώ ένα μήνα δεν απαντάει κανείς στο τηλέφωνο για να συνεννοηθούμε πριν την επίσκεψη το ανοιχτά στην δημοσίευση πρέπει να γίνει κλειστά για πάντα..

Το τηλέφωνο δεν απαντάει και για ραντεβού η αναμονή είναι πολύ μεγάλη. Το χειρότερο είναι ότι το ίδιο συμβαίνει και σε όλες τις άλλες τράπεζες..

Αν καταφέρεις οποτεδήποτε να διεκπεραιώσεις κατάθεση σε οποιοδήποτε από τα δύο (2) ΑΤΜ του υποκαταστήματος, μην το σκεφτείς στιγμή. Είναι η τυχερή σου μέρα. Λίγο πιο κάτω έχει πρακτορείο ΟΠΑΠ. Μπες και παιξτα όλα. ΚΙΝΟ Τζόκερ λαχεία τα πάντα όλα. Είναι η τυχερή σου μέρα. Άντε και καλοφαγωτα τα κέρδη!

Τέσσερα γκισέ, μια υπάλληλος και αυτή στο πολύ cool... Αποτέλεσμα; Πέντε νούμερα, 40'+... Τελικά, το free WiFi δεν αρκεί. Απαιτείται τουλάχιστον ημιδιατροφή!

Τραγικό κατάστημα τράπεζας με μόνο 1 ταμείο να εξυπηρετεί ολόκληρη την πόλη. Ντροπή το 2021 να υπάρχουν ακόμα τέτοιες καταστάσεις

It should be considered fraud to call this place a bank! What a joke this place was. My father couldn't pull money out of the bank because my grandfather passed away even though we were the main account holders, then everyone on the account has to be present to change the account. We were so annoyed we decided to close the account at this bank. To close the account we needed all kinds of paper work and everyone to be present. The process to close out the account took an hour. Then to pull the money out it took another 15-30 minutes! This whole process would take 10 minutes in America! On top of it all, we saw an old man with a walker trying to get help to do something. The man at the front kept waving him off and ignoring him. Then the old man started yelling "are you even human" because of the way they were treating him. The man at the front told him to go sit by the desks and then they ignored him for another 30 minutes. The old man went back to ask when they were going to help him and the guy yells at him and tells him to go back over there where they continued to ignore him. This is when I left but not before getting onto the man at the front asking him what kind of person he was and we never treat the elderly like that. It's was disgusting and shameful to watch this. The real icing on the cake is that they use windows Vista!!! This is a very old OS and is no longer supported by Microsoft and does not get security updates. This means the bank is not secure and your information is not secure! How stupid do these people have to be to use this for their banking system. I'm glad we closed our account here, and if the other banks are like this I just won't keep money in Greece ever again.
