★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Απαράδεκτη εξυπηρέτηση.Ενα ταμείο για όλο το κόσμο. Ταχύτητα εξυπηρέτησης υπερβολικά μικρή. Ζήτησα από το διευθυντή άλλο ταμείο κ απάντησε ότι η εξυπηρέτηση με αναμονή δύο ώρες είναι φυσιολογική !!!!
Unacceptable service. A fund for the whole world. Service speed too slow. I asked the manager of another fund and replied that the two hour wait is normal !!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Η χειρότερη τράπεζα! Χωρίς κόσμο στο ταμείο περιμένουμε στην ουρά για το μηχάνημα γιατι λέει πλέον δεν πληρώνονται δανεια στο ταμείο. Η ταμίας πότε κοιτάει την ουρά πότε κοιτάει το ταβάνι.
The worst bank! With no people in the cashier waiting in line for the machine because it says no more loans are being paid into the cashier. The cashier when looking at the tail when looking at the ceiling.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ απαράδεκτο... για κάποιο λόγο μια στις δυο φορές το ΑΤΜ δεν λειτουργεί με αποτέλεσμα να χρειάζεται να διανύσω μεγάλη απόσταση για να βρω άλλο ΑΤΜ της ίδιας τράπεζας.
unacceptable ... for some reason once or twice the ATM does not work so I have to travel a long distance to find another ATM of the same bank.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Απαράδεκτοι. Όσο μας έχουν ανάγκη τηλέφωνα και δεν συμμαζεύεται. Όταν τελικά πήρα πιο οικονομική προσφορά για μηχάνημα POS, από την Πειραιώς συγκεκριμένα αρχίσαν συνπεριφορά του στυλ, δεν μας παρατας κλπ.
Σήμερα συγκεκριμένα , έπρεπε να κάνω κατάθεση σε λογαριασμό της τράπεζας, σε τρίτο πρόσωπο.
Ήμουν απέξω, και χτύπαγα να μπω κανένα 5λεπτο. Μέτρησα μέσα 4 υπαλλήλους, ο ένας που ήταν στο ταμείο ήταν μόνος και "δούλευε" σκληρά.
Με τα πολλά, χρειάστηκε να κάνω ΚΛΗΣΗ στο ΤΗΛΕΦΩΝΟ του καταστήματος για να τους πω, είμαι στην είσοδο και θέλω να μπω μέσα.
Αισθάνομαι τυχερός που απάντησαν στην κλήση μου. Κάπως έτσι κατόρθωσα με πολύ κόπο να μπω να κάνω την δουλειά μου στο μηχάνημα , ... μην σκίσει κανένα καλσόν κανένας υπάλληλος.
Συγχαρητήρια και ΕΙΣ ΑΝΩΤΕΡΑ...
Unacceptable. As long as we need phones and it does not clutter up. When I finally got a more economical offer for a POS machine, from Piraeus in particular they started behaving in style, do not leave us etc.
Today in particular, I had to make a deposit in the bank account, in a third party.
I was outside, and I was knocking to enter in about 5 minutes. I counted 4 employees, one who was at the cash register was alone and "working" hard.
By and large, I had to CALL the store PHONE to tell them, I'm at the entrance and I want to go inside.
I feel lucky that they answered my call. Somehow I managed with a lot of effort to get my job done on the machine, ... no employee tore any tights.
