Λ	Λεωνίδας Τσαπράζης on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Κοπριές!! Απαράδεκτοι και μη συνεργάσιμοι!!! Αφορά το κατάστημα i-Storm Θεσσαλονίκη επί της οδού Τσιμισκή που είναι ιδιοκτησίας σας. Σε πρόβλημα εντός εγγύησης που είχε να κάνει με την μπαταρία στο iPhone 6s μου, ισχυρίζονται ότι το τηλέφωνο δεν έχει κάποιο πρόβλημα μετά τα "τεστ" που πέρασε (συνεχόμενα 2 ώρες βίντεο - αν έχετε το Θεό σας!) και ότι φταίνε οι ελεγμένες από την Apple εφαρμογές που χρησιμοποιώ, όταν το τηλέφωνο έσβηνε ξαφνικά και η μπαταρία από το 40% έδειχνε 10%! Από το Φεβρουάριο παλεύω με τα θηρία για την επίλυση (με την υποστήριξη της Apple στην Ελλάδα που είναι στα χέρια τους, απο την οποία δε με "προέτρεπαν" να στείλω ΟΠΩΣΔΗΠΟΤΕ το τηλέφωνο σε Info Quest ή iStorm γιατί "και αυτοί προσωπικά αυτούς εμπιστεύονται απ' όλους τους επίσημους") για να βγάλω άκρη, ΕΞΑΙΤΙΑΣ ΤΗΣ ΤΕΧΝΙΚΗΣ ΣΑΣ ΔΥΣΛΕΙΤΟΥΡΓΙΑΣ! Όχι για Apple δεν κάνετε, ούτε για τσιγάρα! Εν τέλει, έστειλα την Δευτέρα 23/11 στην i-System το τηλέφωνο για service και ησύχασα! Το παρέλαβα σήμερα Δευτέρα 30/11 ΛΕΙΤΟΥΡΓΙΚΟΤΑΤΟ και με ΑΛΛΑΓΗ ΜΠΑΤΑΡΙΑΣ ΚΑΤΟΠΙΝ ΕΞΑΙΡΕΣΕΩΣ, λόγω της φύσης του ζητήματος! Ούτε απ' έξω! Μακρυά κι αγαπημένοι! Dung !! Unacceptable and uncooperative !!! It concerns the i-Storm Thessaloniki store on Tsimiski Street, which is your property. In a problem within the warranty that had to do with the battery in my iPhone 6s, they claim that the phone has no problem after the "tests" it passed (2 hours of video in a row - if you have your God!) the Apple apps I use when the phone suddenly shut down and the battery from 40% showed 10%! Since February I have been fighting with the beasts for the solution (with the support of Apple in Greece which is in their hands, from which they did not "urge" me to DEFINITELY send the phone to Info Quest or iStorm because "and they personally trust them from 'all the officials ") to put an end to it, BECAUSE OF YOUR TECHNICAL Dysfunction! Not for Apple you do not do, nor for cigarettes! Finally, on Monday 23/11 I sent the phone for service to i-System and I calmed down! I received it today Monday 30/11 VERY FUNCTIONAL and with BATTERY CHANGE UNDER EXCEPTION, due to the nature of the issue! Not even from the outside! Away and loved ones!
Σ	ΣΩΚΡΑΤΗΣ Κ. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Είστε τα μεγαλύτερα κλεφτρονια. Ξέρετε τι κάνει η μανούλα σας στο δρόμο. Έχω πάρει υπολογιστή Quest Me μεγάλης αξίας. Μου ήρθε και δεν άνοιγε καν. Τον έστειλα πίσω και μου τον πήρα 1 μήνα μετά. Και τι έκανε? Έκανε επανεκκίνησεις κάθε 2 ώρες με ανοιχτό το YouTube. Τον έστειλα και είπαν ότι θα στείλουν καινούργιο. Αντε πάλι από την αρχή, αντε και ένας μήνας ακόμα. Περνάει ο μήνας, έρχεται ο υπολογιστής και με το βγάζω από το κουτί και το συνδέω τι έπαθε? Δεν άνοιγε και πάλι. Κοπριτες. ΠΟΤΈ ΞΑΝΆ ΑΠΌ ΕΚΕΙ. You are the biggest cleftrons. You know what your manola is doing on the street. I got a high value Quest Me computer. It came to me and did not even open. I sent it back and I got it 1 month later. And what did he do? Rebooted every 2 hours with YouTube open. I sent him and they said they would send a new one. Again from the beginning, instead of another month. The month passes, the computer comes and I take it out of the box and connect it, what happened? It did not open again. Manure. NEVER AGAIN FROM THERE.
b	bill bill on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Απαράδεκτοι. Μηδέν τους αρμόζει! Την 27.11.2021 αγόρασαμε το laptop Vostro 3500 της DELL από το you.gr. Η αγορά προοριζόταν για δώρο,άρα το άνοιγμα της συσκευασίας έγινε την 1/1/2022 (έχω ακόμα τη συσκευσία του!). Μετά λύπης μας διαπιστώσαμε πως ο φορητός υπολογιστής δεν ενεργοποιείται. Είτε τον συνδέαμε στο ρεύμα είτε όχι ένα και το αυτό. Ο τεχνικός της DELL που ηρθε μου πρότεινε την αντικατάσταση της μητρικής πλακέτας του laptop. Φυσικά και δεν δέχθηκα καθώς αυτή η αντικατάσταση σε ένα μηχάνημα που δεν έχει δουλέψει ούτε ένα λεπτό αυτόματα το χαρακτηρίζει ως refurbished το οποίο του μειώνει την τιμή. Ξεκαθαρα πρόκειται για ελαττωματικό προϊόν. Η DELL δε δέχεται να το αντικαταστήσει και αυτοί δε μου γυρίζουν τα χρήματα μου πίσω γιατί λέει δε μπορούν να το κάνουν αφού η DELL δε το αντικαθιστά. Ντροπή τους να πουλάνε προβληματικά προϊόντα και να μη το αναγνωρίζουν! Και το χειρότερο να βάζουν το πελάτη να βγάλει το φίδι από την τρύπα! Απορώ πως υπάρχουν ακόμα! Unacceptable. Zero suits them! On 27.11.2021 we bought the Dell Vostro 3500 laptop from you.gr. The purchase was intended as a gift, so the opening of the package took place on 1/1/2022 (I still have its packaging!). Unfortunately we found that the laptop does not turn on. Whether we plugged it in or not one and the same. The DELL technician who came suggested me to replace the laptop motherboard. Of course I did not accept as this replacement in a machine that has not worked even a minute automatically characterizes it as refurbished which reduces its price. This is clearly a defective product. DELL does not accept to replace it and they do not return my money back to me because it says they can not do it since DELL does not replace it. Shame on them for selling problematic products and not recognizing it! And worst of all they put the customer to get the snake out of the hole! I wonder if they still exist!

S	Savvas Papasavvas on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had very bad experience with Info Quest. I brought a defective printer for repair and reception requested to pay 35 euros just for technical checking. They added that if there is any defective part the cost will be added to the final invoice. And all this for a printer that costs 80 euros brand new!!!
