N	Nikolas Bousios (Rambou) on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Κάκιστη εξυπηρέτηση, αργοκινητοι υπάλληλοι. Ελπίζω το HR της Eurobank να κάνει κάτι γιαυτό. Bad service, slow moving employees. I hope the Eurobank HR does something about it.

Α	Ανδρέας Ψηφής on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Δυστυχώς δεν υπάρχει χαμηλότερη βαθμολογία για να βάλω. Σίγουρα το χειρότερο τραπεζικό κατάστημα που υπάρχει. Οι θετικές βαθμολογίες που βλέπω μόνο από φίλους δικαιολογούνται. Unfortunately there is no lower score to put. Definitely the worst bank store there is. The positive ratings I see only from friends are justified.

a	aeroplano A380 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Μετά από μια τραγική εμπειρία στο κατάστημα της Eurobank στην Πειραιώς Μοσχατου , που αναγκαστικά να φύγω γιατί δεν άντεξα μετά από επισκέψεις μου εκεί , πήγα στην πιο κοντινή σε απόσταση Eurobank για να εξυπηρετηθώ . Να σας πω την αλήθεια μπήκα και είχα στο μυαλό μου ότι θα αντιμετωπίσω την δυσαρέσκεια - κούραση των υπαλλήλων που είναι σύνηθες φαινόμενο στις τράπεζες ειδικά από το προηγούμενο κοντινό κατάστημα της Eurobank . Εδώ συνέβη το αντίθετο . Ειδικά για την κυρία στο ταμείο που ήταν ευγενική και αξιοπρεπέστατη ( συγνώμη δεν συγκράτησα το όνομα της , φορούσε γυαλιά ) . Συγχαίρω το κατάστημα για την εξυπηρέτηση το πραγματικό χαμόγελο όλων , και την προθυμία τους. Η Ευγένεια και το αίσθημα της ανθρωπιάς μαζί με την γνώση , είναι ότι σημαντικότερο, αυτό το έχω αναφέρει σε πολλές αξιολογήσεις μου. Αντίθετα με το απαράδεκτο κατάστημα του Μοσχατου στην οδό Πειραιώς 66 που αντιμετωπίζεις ένα περιβάλλον αντιεπαγγελματικό , υπέρμετρη οικειότητα ( λες και σε ήξεραν από εχθες) , και αμάθεια που σε βγάζει εκτός εαυτού . After a tragic experience at the Eurobank branch in Piraeus Moschato, which I had to leave because I could not stand after my visits there, I went to the nearest Eurobank to be served. To tell you the truth, I went in and had in my mind that I would face the dissatisfaction - fatigue of the employees that is a common phenomenon in the banks, especially from the previous nearby Eurobank branch. Here the opposite happened. Especially for the lady at the box office who was polite and dignified (sorry I did not keep her name, she was wearing glasses). I congratulate the store for serving everyone's real smile, and their willingness. The kindness and the feeling of humanity together with the knowledge, is that most importantly, I have mentioned this in many of my evaluations. Unlike the unacceptable store in Moschato at 66 Piraeus Street, where you face an unprofessional environment, excessive intimacy (as if they knew you from yesterday), and ignorance that drives you crazy.

Y	Yiannis Gerakis on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came in to open an account. Branch’s Head Manager was rude. Asking with attitude why I came at the last day of the month, as if there is a rule on the days that you are allowed to open an account. And that they are closing in half hour. Made me wait until the branch closed and to come back another day. They did however assist people for the exact same thing that came after me! Simply the worst. Given the chance I would not prefer Eurobank at all, however, it was mandatory. Avoid if possible. Fire the manager as well.
