Τις τελευταίες ημέρες του μήνα που είναι και πληρωμές συνταξιούχων πάντα λειτουργούν μόνο τα δυο από τα τρία ταμεία που το ένα είναι και επιχειρήσεων με αποτέλεσμα μεγάλη καθυστέρηση. Δεν οφείλεται φυσικά στους υπαλλήλους αλλά στη διεύθυνση του καταστήματος που αδιαφορεί στις οποίες διαμαρτυρίες. Από τις 08:37 που πήρα νούμερο προτεραιότητας εξυπηρετήθηκα στις 11:15. Απαράδεκτοι σηκώσετε όλοι τα χρήματα σας βάλτε κάπου να μην τα βρει κανένας και ξεχαστε τουε τρελούς A fund two hours waiting and until 12 noon only 13 people had service. Πήγα στην ώρα μου, μπήκα παρακαμπτωντας όλη την ουρά ενώ απ έξω γκρίνιαζαν καμία 10αρια, έδειξα το χαρτί του ραντεβού, με έβαλαν να καθησω στον χώρο υποδοχής και μετά από 10 λεπτά με παρέλαβε η υπάλληλος στην ώρα μου. Όταν τελείωσα οι άλλοι έξω ακόμη γκρίνιαζαν μέσα στο κρύο. It is good to make an appointment through the application. Για μία απλή (όπως αποδείχτηκε όταν πήγα σε άλλο υποκατάστημα όπου τελείωσα σε δέκα λεπτά) διαδικασία, χρειάστηκε να πάω δύο μέρες, να τσακωθώ, και βέβαια να φύγω. Μακριά! The worst branch of the National. For a simple (as it turned out when I went to another branch where I finished in ten minutes) process, I had to go two days, fight, and of course leave. Far away!

I issued my credit card and I had to wait 5 working days, losing 1 day at work for the paper and another day to pick it up since the service is very slow and frustrating. Wrong address put on the application and the agents are horrible ! Even agressive ..
