★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Απαρχαιωμένες υπηρεσίες. Δεν μπορείς να κάνεις αίτηση κωδικού online θα πρέπει να πας σε κατάστημα, με δικαιολογητικά που έχουν καταργηθεί (γνήσιο της υπογραφής απο ΚΕΠ κλπ). Η αποστολή δικαιολογητικών γίνεται μέσω αλληλογραφίας και ούτε καν ηλεκτρονικά. Welcome back to 1990.
Outdated services. You can not apply for a code online, you have to go to a store, with supporting documents that have been removed (genuine signature from KEP etc). The supporting documents are sent by mail and not even electronically. Welcome back to 1990.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Απλά τραγικοί. Πολλες φορες δεν απαντανε στο τηλεφωνο ή σε εχουν σε αναμονη 5+ λεπτα οποτε χανεις την ευκαιρια να αγορασεις ή πουλησεις στην τιμη που ηθελες. Αν θελεις να μεταφερεις το υπολοιπο σου στον τραπεζικο λογαριασμο σου βαζουν εμποδια ειδικα για δολαρια δεν γινεται λεει online, οποτε τηλεφωνο, αναμονη και υπομονη εως 1 εβδομαδα. Δεν απαντανε στα μηνυματα που στελνεις. Δεν σε καλουνε πισω στο τηλεφωνο ποτε. Εχουν προκαλεσει αρκετα διαφυγοντα κερδη και ζημιες απο την αμελεια τους αυτη. Κριμα να ανηκουν στον ομιλο Eurobank που ειναι καλη τραπεζα. Το EurobankTrader ισως η χειροτερη εμπειρια σε χρηματιστηριακη στα 30 ετη που επενδυω σε Ελλαδα και στο εξωτερικο.
Just tragic. Many times they do not answer the phone or have you on hold for 5+ minutes so you miss the opportunity to buy or sell at the price you wanted. If you want to transfer your balance to your bank account, they put obstacles especially for dollars, it can not be said online, so phone, wait and wait up to 1 week. He did not reply to the messages you send. They never call you back on the phone. They have caused a lot of lost profits and losses due to their negligence. Too bad they belong to the Eurobank group which is a good bank. EurobankTrader is probably the worst experience in the stock market in the 30 years I invest in Greece and abroad.
