P	Panagiotis Tzovaras on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Απαράδεκτοι τούς έχω κάνει πόσα τηλεφωνήματα και γραπτές αναφορές για χρεώσεις και δεν απάντησαν ποτέ!!! τούς καλούς πελάτες που πληρώνουν τούς χρεώνουν όπου τούς βρούνε τους τζαμπατζίδες τούς παρακαλάνε και κάνουν ότι τούς ζητήσουν... ψάξτε για καλύτερη τράπεζα στις άλλες 3 μεγάλες !!! Κάτι δεν μου κολλάει καλά (καθώς στα περισσότερα δεν υπάρχει σχόλιο). Είναι ντροπή να βαθμολογείς ψηλά την τράπεζα που υποχρέωσε άτομα να ζουν με ψυχοφάρμακα. Κάποιοι φυσικά εξ' αυτών αυτοκτόνησαν σύμφωνα με τους δημοσιογράφους αλλά αυτό είναι μια άλλη ιστορία... Plastic smiles, employees scared with typical courtesy that brings you more irony ... A	Alex Stoubis on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Σίγουρα πιό εύκολη διαδικασία ανάκτησης κωδικού σε σχέση με τη Piraeus Bank, αλλά και πάλι αρκετά οπισθοδρομικές εξελίξεις όσον αφορά τεχνολογίες στο διαδίκτυο. -Για παράδειγμα, μια μέρα ήθελα να κάνω μια αγορά από ένα άσχετο site στην Αγγλία ( η αγορά ήταν μικρή σε αξία βέβαια...) Δίνω λοιπόν τα στοιχεία της κάρτας μου (Πειραιώς) και προχωράω στην αγορά. Με ενημερώνει το site ότι η συναλλαγή ολοκληρώθηκε. ΣΕ ΛΙΓΟΤΕΡΟ ΑΠΟ ΕΝΑ ΛΕΠΤΟ έχω κλήση από την Πειραιώς για το εάν έκανα εγώ τη συναλλαγή ή οχι. ΕΞΑΙΡΕΤΙΚΟ με έκανε να ανεβάσω αρκετά την τράπεζα αυτή σε σχέση με τις άλλες. - Όσον αφορά τη Eurobank τώρα , ενδιάμεσα στη στρατιωτική μου θυτία ,ως εκ δια μαγείας μου ζητούνται 4-5 έγγραφα για επικαιροποίηση των στοιχείων μου. (έγγραφα που δεν είχα καν στη κατοχή μου ΟΥΤΕ μπορούσα να τα βγάλω κάπως είτε εντός είτε εκτός στρατού.) Μετα από ένα εύλογο διαστημα μου μπλοκαρουν τις συναλλαγες (ebanking ) και με βάζουν σε μια φουλ χρονοβόρα και άχρηστη διαδικασία επικαιροποιησης... Στην ερώτηση που τους κάνω: ΓΙΑΤΙ ζητατε μονο εσείς τοοοσα στοιχεία και εγγραφα για επικαροποιηση, μου απαντανε είναι τυπικη διαδικασία που ψηφιστηκε απο το υπουργειο. Επισης οτι θα μου το ζητησουν και απο τις αλλες τραπεζες. αυτό δεν έγινε ποτέ ούτε από Εθνικη ουτε απο Πειραιώς ουτε απο Alphabank. Τωρα μπορείτε να διακρινετε σιγουρα σε ποιες τραπεζες θα απευθυνθώ για τις επόμενες μου συναλλαγες.
