Απλά απαράδεκτη συμπεριφορά! Μέχρι και οι δημόσιες υπηρεσίες είναι αι καλύτερες!! Κακως Υπάρχουν τέτοια καταστήματα ανοιχτά προσβάλουν την Τράπεζα Unacceptable, the worst store, the deputy manager sleeps upright, rude with these glasses in customer service. Z	Zisis Chroneos on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Μετά την κατάργηση του υποκαταστήματος της Αίγινας, έχω τραβήξει των παθών μου τον τάραχο. Υποτίθεται ότι θα έπρεπε να εξυπηρετούμεθα από τα υποκαταστήματα του Πειραιά και δη αυτό που είναι πιο ... κοντά ( Εδώ γελάμε !!! ). Μπήκα μέσω e-banking για να πληρώσω τον ΕΝΦΙΑ και με τον ίδιο κωδικό η τράπεζα έκανε την πληρωμή δύο φορές ( Άντε να τα πάρεις πίσω από την Εφορεία). Παίρνω τηλέφωνο για να ρωτήσω πώς έγινε αυτό το λάθος και μετά από καμιά εικοσαριά προσπάθειες, γιατί ως συνήθως οι εκπρόσωποι είναι απασχολημένοι και το κέντρο σου λέει "παρακαλούμε προσπαθήστε αργότερα " ( τις κλήσεις τις πληρώνεις χρυσές) κατόρθωσα να μιλήσω με έναν .. εκπρόσωπο που μου απάντησε ξερά ότι "Αυτά τα λάθη συμβαίνουν". Γίνεται παρόμοιο λάθος, πιθανόν λόγω εκ μέρους μου παρανόησης, με τα τέλη κυκλοφορίας και μου απαντούν πως πρέπει να επικοινωνήσω με το europhone banking, διότι οι ίδιοι δεν μπορούν να το διορθώσουν. Στην καλύτερη περίπτωση, θα πρέπει να κάνω ταξίδι στον Πειραιά, όποτε εδεήσουν να μου .... κλείσουν ραντεβού και ο Θεός βοηθός. Όσο για τα ΑΤΜ της Αίγινας, τις περισσότερες φορές που πηγαίνω να κάνω ανάληψη, δεν έχουν λεφτά. Κρίμα γιατί στο παρελθόν, με τους υπαλλήλους που εργάζονταν στο υποκατάστημα της Αίγινας, είχα άριστη συνεργασία και έδιναν λύσεις σε όλα τα προβλήματα. Ένα ταμείο σε λειτουργία, οι πελάτες οι "καλοί " όπως μου εξήγησαν με αριθμό προτεραιότητας Η, η αναμονή τους ήταν μόνο στο δεκαλεπτο . Ακόμα κ εδώ ξεχωρίζουν ρατσιστικά ώστε να μην περιμένουν οι καλοί τους πελάτες. Απαράδεκτοι. Τελικά έφυγα χωρίς να εξθπηρετηθω γιατί έδιναν προτεραιότητα στους καλους τους πελάτες . 23 χρόνια μισθοδοσίας μέσω της συγκεκριμένης τράπεζας κ δάνειο που έχουν πάρει ήδη 3 φορές πάνω της αρχικής αξίας , με κατανέμουν στους άχρηστους πελάτες , αθλιότητα στο μεγαλείο της Already in the queue for 50 minutes, I'm still waiting.
