I really felt 100% satisfied as a customer !! Well done to the experienced employees of the store who dealt with the problem I faced and gave a solution immediately !!!

Πώς αλλιώς θα ανεληγχθούμε σε υψηλότερες θέσεις αν δεν φαίνεται καλή η απόδοση μας. Καταστάσεις μηνύσιμες. Και υποχρεωτική τοποθέτηση προϊόντων δίχως να δίνει συγκατάθεση ο πολίτης. Την αστυνομία έπρεπε να φέρναμε. Κακώς που δεν ηχογραφήσαμε. Nonsense in all its glory. I do not believe what we experienced. Did you come to the store, sir? You will definitely pay! How else will we be promoted to higher positions if our performance does not look good. Lawsuits. And mandatory placement of products without the consent of the citizen. We had to bring the police. Too bad we did not record.
R	Ria Spiridaki on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Αν μπορούσα δε θα έβαζα καν αστέρι... η χειρότερη τραπεζα, δεν βοηθούσαν τους ηλικιωμένους με τα μηχανήματα ,τους μιλάς και σε γράφουν και το κερασάκι στη τούρτα να δώσω 28€ για να πάρω αυθημερόν την κάρτα μου αλλιώς να περιμένω 15 μερες και μαθαίνω από την 24ωρη εξυπηρέτηση πελατών ότι έχω χρεωθεί ήδη την καινούργια μου κάρτα 6€ και ότι μπορώ να τη βγάλω αυθημερόν σε κατάστημα της τράπεζας. Η Κοροϊδία σε όλο της το μεγαλείο. If I could I would not even put a star ... the worst bank, they did not help the elderly with the machines, you talk to them and they write you and the icing on the cake to give 28 € to get my card the same day otherwise I have to wait 15 days and learn from the 24-hour customer service that I have already been charged my new card 6 € and that I can take it out the same day in a bank branch. The mockery in all its glory.

Με εξυπηρέτησαν αμέσως αν και δεν είχα ραντεβού, το προσωπικό ήταν καταρτισμένο και γενικώς συμπέρανα ότι η εθνική τράπεζα έχει εκσυχρονιστεί ανταποκρινόμενη στις ανάγκες της εποχής, εμπνέοντας εμπιστοσύνη και ασφάλεια στον πελάτη. I visited this store for some questions about my account and I was very happy. I was served immediately, although I did not have an appointment, the staff was trained and I generally concluded that the national bank has been modernized to meet the needs of the time, inspiring confidence and security in the customer.

Δυστυχώς και εδώ οι πελάτες, είναι "θύματα" του εκσυγχρονισμού του τραπεζικού συστήματος, που τείνει να γίνει .. απρόσωπο!! - Probably the largest branch of National Bank in Piraeus. Unfortunately, here too, the customers are "victims" of the modernization of the banking system, which tends to become .. impersonal !!

Overall excellent!

I'm working in a company near, that pay the employees by this bank, i have all the documents for make my account bank, and they don't want to make it. I called to make appointment, many times in this week, all the numbers that they gave me are wrong. In the app, is impossible to make the account bank, and just make the things even worst. When i called in the contact center, they gave me wrong address and wrong numbers.
