★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 70 λεπτά για να εξυπηρετηθώ στο ταμείο. Εχει μόνο 2 ταμεία και εξυπηρετεί μόνο το 1 πολλές φορές και ας εχει 20 ατομα αναμονή. Απαράδεκτο!
 70 minutes to serve the cashier. It has only 2 funds and serves only 1 many times and let it have 20 people waiting. Unacceptable!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Απαράδεκτοι και απρόθυμοι να εξυπηρετήσουν. Κοιτάνε ποτε θα πάει η ώρα 14.00 για να κλείσουν. Ο διευθυντης.....δεν ξερω τι να πω.
Unacceptable and reluctant to serve. They look when it will be 14.00 to close. The manager ..... I do not know what to say.

Η πρώτη μου καλή εμπειρία από τη τράπεζα eurobank εδώ και πολύ καιρό.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Το ΑΤΜ δεν δέχεται πληρωμές με μετρητά τα σαββατοκύριακα και πια ούτε και καθημερινή βράδυ στις 20.00.
Εν μέσω όξυνσης της πανδημίας σε αναγκάζει να πας στο κατάστημα -αν βρεις χρόνο καθημερινή, φεύγοντας σκαστός από τη δουλειά σου- και να συνωστιστείς με πόσους άλλους για μια απλή διαδικασία....ή να αναζητήσεις άλλο κατάστημα.
Έλεος!!!!!
The ATM does not accept cash payments on weekends and no longer even every night at 20.00.
In the midst of an exacerbation of the pandemic, it forces you to go to the store - if you find time every day, leaving your job empty-handed - and to hang out with many others for a simple process ... or to look for another store.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Οποτε τους χρειάσθηκα,άμεση και άριστη εξυπηρέτηση. Στα τηλέφωνα απαντούν σχεδόν αμέσως,απο τα καλύτερα υποκαταστήματα το συγκεκριμένο !!
Whenever I needed them, immediate and excellent service. They answer the phones almost immediately, from the best branches in particular !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Και στην τηλεφωνική επικοινωνία που είχα και στην επίσκεψη που έκανα στο κατάστημα έμεινα απόλυτα ικανοποιημένος από την εξυπηρέτηση. Δεν είχε κόσμο το κατάστημα. Εξυπηρετήθηκα άμεσα και σε ότι χρειάστηκα.
Both in the telephone communication I had and in the visit I made to the store I was completely satisfied with the service. The store was not crowded. I was served immediately and in whatever I needed.
