Ακομα και ο security εξω, φωναζε για να τον βαλουν μεσα να κανει την δουλεια του. Την δευτερη φορα υπηρχε εξω ατομο που βοηθουσε στην συννενοηση με τους υπαλληλους μεσα. Αλλιως τηλεφωνα δεν σηκωνουν ΠΟΤΕ. Unacceptable service in the loans department. 4 appointments same time. Half on forgotten paper and half with the electronic system. Μετα από 5-η φορά που πιγαμε, πετύχαμε και μάς εξυπηρέτησε ο υπάλληλος από το κατάστημα τής άλλης περιοχής, (Ηράκλειο αν δεν κάνω λάθος) που τον έχουν στείλει για λίγες μέρες στο κατάστημα Μενιδίου! Από τους ιερείς της Βαβυλώνας, τους αργυραμοιβούς της αρχαίας Ελλάδας, τους ιππείς και τους Μάγιστρους της Ρωμαϊκής αυτοκρατορίας μέχρι τον Μεσαίωνα, τους νεότερους χρόνους, τις μέρες μας και φυσικά το 1841 χρονιά που ο Γεώργιος Σταύρου ίδρυσε την Εθνική Τράπεζα της Ελλάδος, του οποίου τα κόκκαλα θα τρίζουν αν βλέπει από ψηλά το συγκεκριμένο κατάστημα. Αν υπήρχε ένα παγκόσμιο σύστημα αξιολόγησης από την αρχαιότητα ως τις μέρες μας θα έπαιρνε άνετα την τελευταία θέση. Η έννοια του πελάτη χάνεται, η ανθρώπινη αξιοπρέπεια ευτελίζεται, η υπομονή και η αγανάκτηση φτάνουν στα όρια τους. Η τηλεφωνική επικοινωνία απλά αδύνατη. Το ραντεβού ανέκδοτο. Δεν αναφέρω κάποια εμπειρία μου γιατί είναι βέβαιο πως η πλειοψηφία των πελατών αυτού του καταστήματος έχει βιώσει ανάλογες ή και χειρότερες. Η γνώμη μου, για χάρη της ψυχικής σας υγείας, να την αποφεύγετε όσο μπορείτε. It is known that banks have existed since antiquity. Τα προβλήματα δημιουργούνται από την αθρόα προσέλευση πελατών για να κάνουν συναλλαγές που θα μπορούσαν να γίνουν και χωρίς φυσική παρουσία δλδ. online ή μέσω ATM. Όποιος πεισματικά αρνείται να προσαρμοστεί στη σύγχρονη πραγματικότητα και επιμένει να ζεί στο παρελθόν, θα υφίσταται τις συνέπειες (δηλ. θα περιμένει στις ουρές κτλ.) Όσο για τους ηλικιωμένους που δεν ξέρουν από internet και smartphone: σχεδόν όλοι τους έχουν παιδιά και εγγόνια. Ας τους βοηθήσουν αυτά να πληρώσουν λογαριασμούς και να εισπράξουν συντάξεις. Ή μήπως δε προλαβαίνουν γιατί παίζουν όλη μέρα WOW και γράφουν στο Facebook; A regular branch with regular employees.
