Αναγκάστηκα να εξυπηρετηθω από άλλο κατάστημα διότι ο υπεύθυνος αρνούνταν να συνεργαστει για μια πολύ απλή τυπική διαδικασία ρουτίνας. Τα κεντρικά οφείλουν να διερευνήσουν τον εν λόγω υπάλληλο ο οποίος ηθελημένα απέκρυψε κομμάτια της διαδικασίας προκειμένου να μην εξυπηρετηθουμε. Σημειωτέον στο γειτονικό κατάστημα εξυπηρετήθηκαμε αυθημερόν χωρίς κανένα κώλυμα στην διαδικασία, την ίδια ημέρα με τα ΙΔΙΑ έγγραφα. Abusive behavior, ineptitude and incomplete information! I had to serve another store because the manager refused to work for a very simple standard routine. The head must investigate that official who deliberately concealed parts of the process in order not to serve. Note the neighboring store served the same day without any hindrance in the process, on the same day with the same documents.
