Π	Παντελής Κ. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Πως την έχετε δει εκεί στο κατάστημα Ευόσμου με ένα ΑΤΜ το οποίο τις μισές φορές δεν επιτρέπει κατάθεση μετρητών... Οπότε καταθέτω σε άλλη τράπεζα. Προφανώς έχω λογαριασμό σε όλες... Αφού έτσι το θέλετε πάω αλλού... How have you seen her there in the Evosmos store with an ATM which half times does not allow cash deposit ... So I deposit in another bank. Obviously I have an account for all of them ... Since that's how you want it, I'm going elsewhere ...
N	Nefeli on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Το να περιμένουμε στο τηλέφωνο και να σας καλούμε κάθε τρείς και λίγο επειδή κανένας δε μας απαντάει και "όλοι οι εκπρόσωποι είναι απασχολημένοι" και να χάνουμε χρόνο από την ημέρα μας ενώ έχουμε κι ΑΛΛΕΣ δουλειές, δεν είναι σωστό. Κρίμα για τους πελάτες σας πραγματικά. Βρείτε μια λύση! Waiting on the phone and calling you every three or so because no one answers and "all the representatives are busy" and wasting time from our day while we have OTHER jobs, is not right. Too bad for your customers really. Find a solution!
C	Christos Andreadis on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Τι θα γινει με τα τηλέφωνα ρε παιδια? Θα το σηκώσετε καμια φορά έχει εδώ και 2 μηνες παίρνω και δεν απαντάει κανείς! Όσο για το ΑΤΜ τις περισσότερες φορές δεν δέχεται καταθέσεις!!! Οταν θέλετε να δώσετε δανειο παίρνετε κάθε μέρα τηλέφωνα αλλά όταν σας παίρνουμε εμείς δεν το σηκώνει άνθρωπος! Απαράδεκτη εξυπηρέτηση! What will happen to the phones guys? You will pick it up sometimes I have been taking it for 2 months now and no one answers! As for the ATM most of the time it does not accept deposits !!! When you want to give a loan, you get calls every day, but when we get you, no one picks it up! Unacceptable service!
Β	Βερα Νικολαιδου on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Είχα ραντεβού σήμερα στο υποκατάστημα για άνοιγμα νέου λογαριασμού και έκδοση χρεωστικής κάρτας και κωδικών e-banking. Ο υπάλληλος μπροστά στην πόρτα που με εξυπηρέτησε αφού άνοιξε τον λογαριασμό μου είπε πως πρέπει να καταθέσω ένα ποσό για έκδοση κάρτας. Του δίνω 20 ευρώ και μου λέει δεν φτάνουν χρειάζονται 30 ευρώ για να μου βγάλει κάρτα και κωδικούς....Αφού επικοινώνησα με την εξυπηρέτηση πελατών μου είπαν φυσικά ότι δεν ισχύει κάτι τέτοιο και ότι η χρέωση για έκδοση κάρτας είναι 6 ευρώ κάτι το οποίο δεν το ανέφερε καν. Εξυπηρέτηση μηδέν φυσικά και αναξιόπιστία όσον αφορά τον υπάλληλο... Νομίζουν ότι θα κοροϊδέψουν εύκολα τους πελάτες! Κάντε αξιολόγηση υπαλλήλων! I had an appointment today at the branch to open a new account and issue a debit card and e-banking codes. The clerk at the door who served me after opening my account told me that I had to deposit an amount for a card. I give him 20 euros and he tells me they do not need 30 euros to get me a card and codes .... After I contacted customer service they told me of course that this is not the case and that the charge for issuing a card is 6 euros something which he did not even mention it. Zero service of course and unreliability regarding the employee ... They think they will easily fool the customers! Evaluate employees!
