Σε άλλα υποκαταστήματα πολύ καλύτερη εξυπηρέτηση Unsmiling staff. They smile only when they want to sell you a bank product .. most of the time misinforming. In other branches much better service

Θα έπρεπε να έχουν κάποιον υπάλληλο εξυπηρετικό στην υποδοχή, για να διευθετεί όσα ζητήματα διευθετούνται σύντομα και να μην περιμένει τόσος κόσμος άδικα. Στο υποκατάστημα της Τούμπας το έχουν ήδη εφαρμόσει και είναι εξαιρετικά λειτουργικό...! Panic! Περιμέναμε μιάμιση ώρα έξω για να εξυπηρετηθούμε για δουλειά γραφείου...στα γραφεία 3 άτομα και στο ταμείο 1 άτομο....και στις 13:00 η ώρα βγαίνει μια κοπέλα και λέει θα εξυπηρετείστε μόνο με ραντεβού!!!!που για να κλείσεις ραντεβού δεν πρόκειται ποτέ επειδή πολύ απλά δεν σηκώνουν το τηλέφωνο!!!! Μακριά από το συγκεκριμένο κατάστημα!!!!!!!! Unacceptable !!!!! Η δουλειά μου όπου ζήτησα να γίνει μπορεί να μην έγινε αλλά ενημερώθηκα ούτος ώστε στην επόμενη συναλλαγή μου να είμαι σωστότερος. Nice environment relatively calm and relaxed. Trained employees with proper job distribution. My job where I asked to be done may not have been done but I was informed so that in my next transaction I would be better.

Only one of those ATMs has option of online deposit not both. The staff was helpful but you have to wait a lot of time because there were only two - three employees. If they had more employees the waiting time it would be decreased.
