Great service from all over the store, and especially the cashier all the money. Calm, fast, and very correct in customer service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ο τυπος στο ταμείο λέει τα δικά του σαν ρομπότ χωρίς καν να ανοίξει το προφιλ του λογαριασμου να δει αν ισχύει αυτό που του λέει ο πελάτης, τραγικός όπως τραγικός και ο τρόπος που λειτουργούν τα καταστήματα των τραπεζών. Επισκέφθηκα επαγγελματικά το εν λόγω κατάστημα για υπόθεση εξυπηρετουμενου μου ως κοινωνικός λειτουργός. Φυσικά ήταν μαζί και ο ίδιος.
The guy at the checkout says his own like a robot without even opening the account profile to see if what the customer tells him is true, tragic as tragic and the way bank branches operate. I visited this store professionally for the case of my client as a social worker. Of course he was with him.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I should give -10 star. They are not professional. I called them and a woman answered and before I finish she hang up the phone in my face. So rude, unprofessional and unacceptable behavior from a big bank like this. I started to rethink to change the bank, they don't deserve my money!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was very nervous over an issue I faced because of a malfunction of the atm machine. The people working at the bank not only were very helpful and calmed me down immediately they also solved the issue without making me worry any more or having me to go under any process.Im glad that I have such a customer-caring bank bymyside! I'm also more than grateful to the people who work at this specific branch.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had my own issues with the bank and their insufficient app several times and their complaints policy report or customer service via e banking s..ks. For the particular branch, I just know that I applied for an appointment (for a task that cannot be done from the app for some unknown reason - typical) and I was never called for an appointment.When i called customer service they told me to reapply ot call them again in order to reschedule. Really people? Cause your time is more important than the customer's?
