Με ενημέρωσαν ότι χρειάζεται να κλείσω ραντεβού και να ξαναπάω,ενώ είχα όλα τα δικαιολογητικά. Μετά από μισή ώρα αναμονής. Γιατί έτσι! Απαράδεκτοι.Ανυπομονω για την ώρα που θα γίνονται τα πάντα μέσω ίντερνετ και δε θα χρειάζεται να ερχόμαστε σε επαφή με ηλίθιους! Tragic. After waiting half an hour, my turn came. Τα νούμερα τα μοιράζουν λάθος και ρίχνουν το φταίξιμο στον κόσμο και σαν να μην φτάνει αυτό, ο "υπεύθυνος" βγαίνει έξω και σου την λέει και από πάνω. Κρίμα.. Λυπάμαι, χάσιμο χρόνου και με το παραπάνω. The situation is simply unacceptable. Only one fund operates and that by force, the employees are rude and aggressive and the organization is for throwing. Είχα ραντεβού στις 11 για να ανοίξω καινούριο λογαριασμό και τελείωσα μετά την 1, θα βάλω 2 αστέρια λόγω ότι ήταν ευγενικοί οι υπάλληλοι. Long wait, while I had my appointment they delayed it more than half an hour because they did something else. T	Tatiana Xlistoun on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Πολύ εξυπηρετικες και ευγενικες τόσο η υπάλληλος στο ταμείο όσο κι η κ.Καζαμια στο γραφείο.Επρεπε να λυθεί Ενα θέμα που μου είχε δημιουργήσει ένα άλλο υποκατάστημα της Πειραιώς κοντά στη Ομόνοια, κατάφεραν να με βοηθήσουν (όπως κι έκαναν δηλαδή) κι παράλληλα έκανα κι τη δουλειά μου ,κι έμεινα απόλυτα ευχαριστημένη. Το επίπεδο εξυπηρέτησης του καταστήματος είναι κάτω των απαιτήσεων. Unacceptable behavior by the store manager Mrs. Hatzimina. Η εξυπηρέτηση από την κυρία Ζαφειροπούλου ήταν άψογη, παρόλο που υπήρχε μικρή καθυστέρηση λόγω κάποιου θέματος που είχε ένα μηχάνημα. Η ευγένεια της με κέρδισε.
