Είχαν κόσμο όντως ο ένας υπάλληλος που μπορούσε να με εξυπηρετήσει για το θέμα που ήθελα κι ΑΠ ότι μου είπαν και από την εξυπηρέτηση μέσω τηλεφώνου γινόταν να το κάνουν και μάλιστα σε ένα 10 λεπτό θα είχα τελειώσει. Αλλα είχε πνιγει δεν ήθελε είχε πήξει στη δουλειά ότι και να ήταν δεν θα με πειραζε να μου πει περάστε αύριο τη τάδε ώρα για να σας εξυπηρετησω ή να μου πει ευγενικά ότι δεν μπορούμε εμείς πηγεντε σε άλλο κατάστημα. Αντίθετα είχε ένα απαξιωτικό ύφος και μου λέει δε μπορώ να ασχοληθώ το κεφάλι μου έχει πήξει το ένα θέμα κλείνω τ άλλο έρχεται και απευθυνόμενος όχι σε μένα που ήμουν μπροστά του άλλα στη κοπέλα στο ταμείο(ευγενεστατη και πρόθυμη να βοηθήσει) της λέει δες σε ποιο κατάστημα ανήκει ο λογαριασμός και στειλ την εκεί. Απλά του είπα ευχαριστώ ξέρω που έχει ανοιχτεί ο λογαριασμός μου κι έφυγα. Δουλεύω σε κατάστημα και είμαι καθημερινά σ επαφή με κόσμο και μάλιστα περισσότερο εάν είχα αυτή τη συμπεριφορά απέναντι στον οποιαδήποτε πελάτη μάλλον δεν θα είχα δουλειά την επόμενη μερα. Λυπάμαι γιατί πραγματικά είμαι πολύ ικανοποιημένη από την eurobank σαν τράπεζα και ειναι η πρώτη φορά που αντιμετωπίζω τέτοια συμπεριφορά σε κατάστημα της. Unacceptable behavior.
