I had to go through a pandemic to open a corporate account and they served me perfectly. Excellent.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Σίγουρα το προσωπικό είναι πάρα πολύ εξυπηρετικό. Όσες φορές έχει χρειαστεί, έχουν επιλύσει προβλήματα και με έχουν καθοδηγήσει σωστά. Δυστυχώς το προσωπικό δεν επαρκεί για να εξυπηρετήσει τον πολύ κόσμο (κυρίως συνταξιούχους) που περιμένουν με τις ώρες (κυριολεκτικά) στην ουρά. Καταλαβαίνω την ανάγκη που έχει η τράπεζα προκειμένου ο κόσμος να χρησιμοποιήσει το e-banking, όμως αυτό συχνά δεν είναι εφικτό για ανθρώπους προχωρημένης ηλικίας. Άψογο λοιπόν προσωπικό, κακή όμως εξυπηρέτηση. Και όμως γίνεται ...
Certainly the staff are very helpful. They've resolved problems and guided me as many times as I've needed. Unfortunately, the staff is not enough to serve the many people (mostly retirees) who wait for hours (literally) in the queue. I understand the need of the bank for people to use e-banking, but this is often not possible for people of advanced age. So perfect staff, but poor service. And yet ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They never answer by the phone for booking an appointment. The queue is huge like desperate people waiting outside in the middle of the winter freezing. Personally i just wanted to grab a contract and leave. It would have taken no more than 10 seconds. Now i have to wait outside for 30 minutes.
Also yesterday night i wanted to withdraw money from the ATM but the first out of two machines was out of order. The result is that i run out of money since i refused to wait another 30 minutes in the well known queue.
So the service is despicable and just to remind to the seniority level of this bank that other banks manage to apply appointment service during the COVID period successfully. How much lugging is demonstrated by this bank's branch i wonder
