★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Απο εμενα 5 αστερακια οχι για την τραπεζα αλλα για την κοπελα (Αμαλια) αν θυμαμαι καλα στο καταστημα Σκαλιδη στα χανια ,στο ισογειο (οχι στα ταμεια)!
Αν ολοι οι υπαληλοι ηταν οπως ειναι η συγκεκριμενη Κοπελα στην εξυπηρετηση και στο χαμογελο τοτε θα καταλαβουμε τι θα πει πολιτισμος!

From me 5 stars not for the bank but for the girl (Amalia) if I remember correctly in the Skalidi store in Chania, on the ground floor (not in the cash registers)!
If all the employees were like the specific Girl in the service and in the smile then we will understand what culture will say!

Τραγικο καταστημα, τοσο οσον αφορα το προσωπικο οσο και τα μηχανηματα τους. Αν σεβεστε τον εαυτο σας, επιλεξτε να πατε ειτε σε αλλο καταστημα ειτε σε αλλη τραπεζα.
Customer service does not exist. Untrustworthy staff and ATMs. Spare yourself by walking to another bank.
Tragic store, both in terms of staff and their machinery. If you respect yourself, choose to go to another store or another bank.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Avoid Euro Bank ATMs. When withdrawing from ATMs in Greece people with foreign cash cards must select 'without conversion'. This is easily done, and not at all confusing when using Alpha Bank ATMs, however with Euro Bank ATMs, once you select 'without conversion' there's something following which tricked me into getting the 'with conversion' amount and losing around €40. I complained repeatedly and got nowhere. I would imagine many tourists have lost money because of this quite bizarre system. I feel like Euro Bank scam customers so please avoid. Alpha Bank's ATMs are much simpler and I've had no issue with them.
